Whataburger — Restaurant in El Paso

My lunch hour is right at 12 and decided to order my .75 burger I work a couple of blocks away. I placed my order online at 12:08 with a ready for pick up time 12:13-12:15 I arrived there at 12:10 i expected it to be packed’i parked got in line it was packed but not overwhelming packed. Went up to pick up and was out freshly packed in bag hot and ready at 12:15 Considering all the orders coming and going out. The staff all the staff worked extremely well as a team no frustrations or stress shown on their faces they had swift speed with fast and efficient orders delivered and picked up with a smile on their face.No arguments with customer against other customers or against the employees. I congratulate the management team and staff, for an outstanding service and experience on a very busy day. Happy 75th Anniversary and many more to come. Now thats what i call What-A-Burgers What-A-Wesome...

I came on November 18, '23 at 11:44 pm through the drive-true to order a #12 (only sandwich). They ask me to pull around the corner. Two employees come out with wrong orders. I was waiting in my car for 20 min. I turn around and proceed to park and go inside. I then see an employee (Kristian) go outside and back inside and telling the manager the driver left. The employee later figures out it's me inside the restaurant. Everyone stays quiet but they don't produce my order. I had to ask the manager where my order was at? He said that he had to make it new cause the chicken was out for too long. Most likely an excuse cause they probably gave my order to the wrong vehicle. They gave me my order till 12:12 am....

Whataburger is my favorite burger place, no doubt about it. I always give a 5 plus rating. Last night I was disappointed it knowing that I placed my order through drive thru. When I got my food I asked the young lady if everything was in the bag. She replied and said yes. I ordered 40 dollars worth of food. I was craving French fries so bad that I ordered extra large fries because I ordered onion rings with my meal. When I got home I realized that the French fries weren't there. I called back and they apologized and said that they forgot the fries. No worries, whataburger is still and will be my favorite place...
