I’ve patronized this location since 1988. This afternoon I ordered two donuts and handed the female associate a $20.00. She gave me $11.00 and change. When I questioned her about the price of each donut she said she gave me $16.00 and change back and I emptied my pockets and wallet in front of her and said I’m sorry, you did not. She became argumentative with me and I simply gave the donuts back to her and this is not conducive to good business by not providing accurate change to your clientele. Been a customer for about 2 years, the employee behind the counter got my order wrong since they installed plexi glass and she can’t hear, which is fine. I go to pay the $4.50 for the rest of my order and the employee said she can’t take card unless I spend more money to meet their minimum credit card allowable. If the employee got my order correct in the first place I wouldn’t need to run my card again. I don’t mind the mistake, or waiting, what bothers me is the employee trying to get me to buy more donuts to meet their minimum credit card vs just making her...
