Caseys pizza is some of the best around. The pizza from Caseys in Eldridge has been by far the worst. Caseys is known for their taco pizza. The taco here is nothing what it should have been. Very few chips and missing toppings. I called to express my dissatisfaction with Joy to which she claimed that Corporate has instructed them to make their pizzas to a different standard now. When ordering on phone, employee didn't let us know there are 2 different kinds of sausage (we had no idea). I have loved their sausage pizza a long time but apparently that was the mild sausage. We ordered and got hot sausage and it was too hot (spicy) as I have acid reflux. That was not the only issue, as we also got a supreme and in both pizzas the toppings weren't all the way done and the pizza crust was not done, very gooey, doughy. I frequent this establishment often- but will not be going back unless they no longer employ an employee by the name of Colleen. I dealt with her 1 time in the kitchen and she had the personality of a snail and the attitude of a grumpy old man. Then my 2nd dealing with her was even worse.
