I had a horrible experience at this restaurant. I placed my order 08/18:2025 at 6.35 p.m. It said my order will be ready by 7 p.m. It was 7:23 and I had asked three times how long more for my order. Every time I asked, they will tell me two more minutes. There was people walking in and out of the restaurant, but my order was no where to be fulfilled. This is not the first time I have an issue at this restaurant, and I've always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another chance. I've tried multiple time. The last two weeks, they were missing my onion rings. Last week, I placed the order. When I got to the restaurant, they were closed. I tried getting a hold of the general manager to try to get my refund from previous items two weeks prior, previous items that were missing. I used rewards in this order, which were not refunded. The general manager said he will call me. Until this day, he has not called me, and it's been over a week. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. So I 100% do not recommend. Got home to find that my order was incorrect so I called the location to see about a resolution. Spoke to an employee who transferred me to a manger by the name of George. George seemed very polite and apologetic. Stated they could replace my order if I went back in that moment. I wasnāt able to so he told me to call back today and speak to a Zach who he would make aware of the situation. When I called in today there was no Zach, but instead a closing manager who then put me on hold for over 15 minutes. What seemed to be another employee then answered the phone and after I spoke they hung up on me. Called back twice to then be auto hung up on until I was finally able to get in touch with someone. Havenāt been back in months. The second time I decided to give it another try. I went there for my birthday, and decided to order inside this time. I was ordering wings plus I was telling the cashier about an email I received for 6 free wings. Her attitude was terrible.
