GAVE ME FOOD I WAS ALLERGIC TO EVEN THOUGH I HAD AND CLEARLY SPECIFIED THAT'S NOT WHAT I WANTED. I have a allergy to red meats and can't eat them. The staff made a mistake and gave my steak meat instead of chicken. I went inside to clear the mistake up. They remake my order and they give it to me and I go home. Only to bite into the burrito and find out it's steak meat. It was more than likely the exact same burrito that they'd given me originally and they just put inside of a box of rice and beans. This is ridiculous from a food establishment because there are rules and regulations set in place. The staff can't dictate that they're going to give me something that I didn't want because they decide to. I'm allergic to that and I got sick if I eat it and I bit into it thinking it was chicken. Now I wasted money I'm never going back there again and I'm never telling anybody to come here. It's already extremely overpriced and the staff is so rude. Food is a service industry. This is a ridiculous mistake in training needs to be done ASAP on the staff and the people that did this need to be held...
Read moreAbout 10:25 pm we arrived to this restaurant and requested to be seated but the cashier denied us a table. She said they were closed but we had until 11pm and there were still a couple of tables still occupied. Manager did approve us to dine in but we were very unhappy with our service. The server's were rude and they seem aggravated, nobody came back to check on us to check if our order came out ok. None of the workers smiled back. We even finished up our food quickly by to be out by 10:50pm. Before we left, I walked up to the manager to Thank her in person for allowing us dine in, but when I spoke to her, she turned around to look at me, but she gave no response. Did not say a word. When we exit out of the restaurant we stopped at the first set of doors of the entrance to wait for our ride to arrive. Read moreI’m from Chicago and have been going to their locations out there. Never had issues always great food and service. Only problem here is they really won’t work with you if you want to customize your order, even when you say you’ll pay extra. I wanted to order 4 breakfast burritos but I wanted to add steak to all of them. I was gonna pay cash. I don’t know if it was just a rule at this location or if the lady didn’t want to work with me. It’s not hard to add charges on top of your order. I could have paid for the more expensive dish. Just annoying and doesn’t seem very willing to satisfy customers. Just went across the street to the other Mexican restaurant where steak breakfast burritos weren’t an option on the menu, but after asking the cashier if it were possible, she said no problem.
