La Michoacana Premium #1 — Restaurant in Elgin

So today I had an unfortunate experience with my payment method, I don't like carrying cash so I wasn't able to complete my purchase. It took a while (about an hour!) for me to get my bank up and running for me to be able to complete my purchase. But throughout the time I was there the staff was not only patient but completely understanding of the situation at hand, one of them even offer to let me walk out and come back later. Obviously I didn't, but the gesture alone was enough to hook me as returning costumer. This is the third time I've been yo this particular location and I've seen the humbleness and care the staff have with costumers.

I am here right now well before 10PM and they just refused to serve our family. I have a 2 year old crying for ice cream and the employee said no more people for the day for no other reason but they just want to be done for the day earlier. It makes no sense to advertise you are open until 10pm if you are going to waste peoples' time. We drove out specially for this place! I have a crying toddler to deal with now and no ice cream. What ruthless employees! So unprofessional! PLEASE JUST UPDATE HOURS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KEEP...

This place is one of my favorites that it hurts that the staff is not friendly, they even seem to dislike their job I used to buy a lot here but with the tract that they gave me I don't want to go back although everything they sell here is very good as I said It is one of my favorite places I hope that when I return 😃 they have new friendly staff because when the people are friendly that favors the place and also the owners so please look for friendly people who are friendly with...
