Beef Villa — Restaurant in Elgin

After 20 long years of going there, I had stopped going over there for the last couple of monce. I drove a 1/2 an hour out to you guys to get a beef sandwich and to know that I drove a 1/2 an hour to get cheese on my beef which is fine but I didn't ask for cheese on my beef. I asked for juicy with sweet peppers. I had left multiple messages on a voicemail to call me back of my concern. Because I drove a 1/2 an hour and to open up my sandwich on the way home and to find out that it wasn't the way I wanted And the worst of it was that your guy's phone keeps ringing Nobody picks up the phone call at all. Obviously if the phone keeps ringing and ringing, I'm pretty sure there's probably a problem. But you guys are the worst to respond to a voicemail, worst Beef Villa Experience EVERRRR!!!. I also left like 3 or 4 voicemails and still to this day. It's been about a good. I would save a little over 30 days now. And I still have not received a phone call in regards to saying. Apologies on the service or the experience just from that, I've stopped going even though it kills me they have these new kids working that dont know about customer service. I just moved to Elgin, My 4th time here. I Always order extra tomatoes and I always day "4" then I get "we gotta charge you extra..." I really dont care, I want What I want, How I want it. So one guy hands me the bag & no large fries???? oh another $6.52! What??? Thats 2 hallons of gas!! Are these 'refined' french fries?? So I state out loud, so the others dining in can hear me... "So because you two guys (who were chit catting in the back room!!!) got my order wrong, 1) you want me to pay more and 2) eat hot fries with a cold burger?" Ans: "well yeah cuz you didnt tell us or him (points to co-worker) and the burger comes with one tomato so extra would be two..." ME: that's why I specifically say when Im here "1)extra, 2)extra, 3)extra, 4)extra! I want 4 tomatoes, you could not possibly put enough tomatoes on it for me." Stalemate, cuz no more of my money is getting in that cash register. ME: I'll take my refund for the burger. What a shame!! They have a great burger and I was soooooo hungry. and after I was handed my refund receipt I got thee snottiest, "you have a goid rest of your day now!" sneer, sneer on his facial expression... & yes I know who these guys are and coukd describe them very well. Beef Villa is a very good place for beef and other delicious food! Their menu is very big and they have a huge variety of selections. All of the food here is really great! Perfectly prepared and served on time. Highly recommend! The time I visited this place I ordered Chicken Nuggets and Mac & Cheese. I also got some cheese fries for the side and a brownie for dessert. All of it was really good and delicious! The quality says it all! The portions are great and large. They also have a Kids’ menu, which has Hot dogs, Corn dogs, and others. Such wonderful offers! Everything was good and amazing! I also strongly recommend trying their Chicago-style beef sandwiches! This place never disappoints! Their customer service here is also good, all of the staff is personable, nice, and very entertaining. Once you enter the place they will greet you with a warm welcome and even assist you in finding a vacant table. All of them were professional and courteous. Really great service!
