This past weekend I ordered food through the drive thru and drove to the window. My order was $9.74, I gave the young lady a $20 bill. She in return gave me a $10 bill. I drove off and immediately thought oh I didnt get all my change. So I circled back around through the drive thru and told them in the intercom that I didn't get all my change. Pulled forward and asked why? There was another young lady behind the one at the window. She was laughing. I didnt find anything funny. The lady at the window said she had problems with the register and thats why I didnt get all the change. So the the lady behind her hands her the rest of my change. I get it in my hands and didnt count it but as I turned the corner its short by 10 cents. First of all, I save all my change for my new grandchild that I have. I throw it in a jar. So for someone to steal .26 cents I will question how much more are you stealing. I immediately parked my car and went inside. As I walk in the young lady sees me and still laughing. I walk to the manager and tell her whats going on and that her employee thinks all this is funny. Also it is just 26 cents but it's the principle. I save my change for a reason not for someone to keep for themselves. They never have to worry about me coming there again. If you will steal what else will you do? Are you doing something to the food?? The manager did express to me that she would have a talk with her employee and she did give me what was owed to me. Its just wrong and its not funny! Read moreI really don’t want to give a star at all. Have gone there about once every two weeks and always run into same issues. Never have entrees available. If they cook chicken it never takes more than a couple of minutes. Scary as health dept would cringe at their cooking times. The staff is rude, never have a manager on staff, they always say they just had a “rush” of people is why they don’t have fresh entrees. Depends on who you are and if you complain as to how much they serve you. They don’t have contact info for the manager. What happens if an emergency comes up, who do they contact? Thugs location is left in the hands of irresponsible teenagers that don’t give a &$/“about customer service. I ask if they ever read reviews about their Resturant sand was told they were not allowed to read reviews by management. REALLY. I bet corporate would be interested in that remark. That is my next avenue. Hope to see this establishment closed down due to health issues and lack of management issues. Can’t say enough about how inadequate this place is run and managed. Open your doors up so people can sit down, everyone else is AND so you can have orders fixed on the spot when you screw them up!! 3 times now with all this Covid junk, we have gotten to-go orders....ALL 3 had major screw ups. It’s a 10 minute drive one way for me to the store... the first 2 screw ups, I didn’t go back, we just dealt with it. The last one really ticked me off so I drove back and made them fix it all. That essentially cost me 40 mins worth of driving alone, for us to have dinner. Won’t go here again...they have lost my business for good. Rude people and not paying attention to orders has done me in. If you really want panda, drive to Bastrop...they do a great job...
