Elite Built Computers — Local services in Elizabeth City

I'm a little late getting this review in, but here we go! A few days ago I called Aarons shop to ask a question about computers. I wanted to know if his store sold any graphics cards. I had a friend who built a computer for me and I needed a new graphics card because the one I originally ordered from Dell wasn't even closed to being done. So I spoke with Aaron and he told me that he didn't have any in stock. What he did do was take the time to go online with me and help me find one online. That is amazing customer service!! He helped me with any other questions I may have had and offered to help me piece the computer together if my friend was unable to do so for me. Finding customer service like this is far and few which just goes to show how this business will go...

Aaron came recommended to me through some buddies that I game online with. I was a little nervous at first to be sending the money for a gaming rig to a little shop in the states, but the computer really was Elite Built. It's been running for almost a year and has exceeded all expectations. The crate it was packed in kept everything safe and sound for it to be shipped to the East coast of Canada, and the computer is still running strong. Aaron made sure to double check each of the parts for the computer to ensure proper compatibility and handled any complications quickly and professionally.
