It is amazing to me to know that Brandon still has a job there. I go to this store fairly frequently and they don't realize that some customers are keeping tabs on behavior. He's made rude remarks on the phone with his own customer service saying that they're from a different country and they don't know anything. As a customer, and my help needs help and he's making rude remarks calling them dumb etc. doesn't give me confidence that my issue will be taken care of. He raises his voice a lot on the phone. But that's not to say he hasn't yelled at customers before. Every time a customer gets yelled at I about pick up the phone and call the Better Business Bureau. And the way he gets mouthy whenever you go in for help is awful too. I go in for phone help and he gets annoyed! I've had to ask for a different person before because I felt like I was bothering him for needing help. I understand you're supposed to sell phones there. But your job above everything else is to assist your customers. That's what establishes a good and positive customer base. But I just cannot sit by idly anymore. Just look at the negative reviews about that man. There's enough to be concerned that he's still there. I WILL be speaking to any resource I can find to report that store for knowing and allowing awful customer service like that to work there. To work customer service in general. Read moreI went in this store to purchase a phone and was told by Brandon that I HAD to pay $250 out of the door which included the taxes on the phone, a setup fee, phone case, screen protector and an extra charger. This was because they are an authorized retailer and are held to a higher standard. I was told that if I didn’t do that then I could just go order online or go to a corporate store. In my situation I could on order online and do an in store pickup due to my phone being an early upgrade so if I could, I absolutely would have. While I understand not letting “naked boxes” go out of the door (I used to work for Victra (Verizon) ) you simply cannot FORCE someone to pay for a bundle!! I asked him to call his manager and he barely let the phone ring 3 times. After this he told me that I had to go somewhere else because he was now refusing to sell me anything. While I may sound intimidating because I’m confident and I know what I’m talking about, I was not nasty, used profanity or degraded this man in any way. Mind you this was all before I was even asked my name, had my account looked at or anything. I had just purchased 2 other phones and insurance but the store I went to did not have the phone I wanted. I have a problem with my phone which is basically it randomly shuts down """RANDOM """ being the key word. i went in to the store back on the 29th with this problem and the gentleman did some things to my phone like depleting apps and so forth even though the apps he deleted have been on there for over a year...hmmm do we really think these were the problem...NO i dont think so.. so of course i take it and try it for a couple of weeks to find that it diddnt help ... so i go back to the store to confront a young woman that had an attitude right out of the gate when she found out it was a repair and not something she would make commission off of.. so there we go... i was immediately asked if i reported the problem to customer service... i said and i quote .. I thought that is what im doing right now reporting it... i was informed that i should call it in and not bring it in to them.
