We used to really enjoy coming here. Food was always great, employees were friendly, and always looked clean inside. Today killed all of that.
I placed an order for dinner for my family, and went to pick it up. I sat in the drivethru for 15 mins with no movement, and decided to go inside. We head inside to get our food and stand there for several minutes without being greeted Or even spoken to. Someone finally asks if we need help, and I give her my info. She responds and says "we're working on it", then proceeds to turn around and stare at the cooks like the other 2 women are.
There were already 4 people waiting for their food, and one said they had been waiting for 15 minutes already. Someone brings one woman in line her food, she goes outside for a few mins, comes back inside and says her chicken is raw... "Oh wow, lemme see" and no apology or anything, just tells her they'll remake it for her. As I'm standing there waiting, I can see the floors haven't been mopped because several parts were sticky and dirty. Tables hadn't been cleaned, and the counters were dirty and sticky as well.
One of the women behind the counter brings me my food, and we check it because we ordered food for 4 people, and 4 drinks. The bag was half full, and only 2 drinks. The bag had 3 "meals" in it, but none of them had fries. So one meal entirely, 3 reg orders of fries, a large side order of fries, and 2 drinks missing. I tell her all this, and she asks if I would like a cup holder, I tell her please. she goes back to standing and eventually brings me 2 boxes of fries and the missing meal... I tell her there are still fries missing, and 2 drinks missing. She in that time forgot my cup holder, and bring me 2 more fries, but 1 side is still missing. She tell the cook, and the cook tries to argue with me about it. "The small boxes are the fries", yes, but there's a large side of them still missing. "You ordered a large side too?", I told y'all this. I finally get all my stuff and get out of there as quick as possible.
A simple 5 minute exchange turned into a 30 minute wait inside, when they already had 20 before we went in. I definitely will not be going back to this place. Usually I can say, "well at least this was good". I can't say that about this...

It’s been multiple times I’ve had trouble with this particular franchise. But I’m finally over it Want to speak my story. I normally don’t bother with coupons but we decided to try it out and I read the rules and they’re on the bottom of the coupon says one coupon per visit per customer. I have a family of five who went to visit by the coupon rules. We could use five coupons but we didn’t. We only wanted to use three.. It’s one ticket but there are five customers I mean I’ll bring it up separately if they wanted we did offer that. They were rude, not willing to read their own coupon and not willing to honor anything. We Just ordered and paid whatever price, but the disrespect and unprofessionalism Is the Elizabeth city store. I’m putting this on here so maybe the store owner looks at these and maybe he educates his staff . However I’m getting a hold Corporate this time and I have recordings and something needs to change. We have a nice town and this store is just garbage, in the front anyway are Garbage. For as much as the food cost in this place They should hire a better class and potentially maybe they just don’t pay them well. I don’t know. I just know it’s a serious problem and Two star rating on FB and 3 and some over all is there...
Read moreOnly one person ahead of me and already at the order station when I pulled up. Another guy drove up behind me. We sat there and sat there. Finally the guy behind me backs out. I sat for some time, and finally gave up and backed out myself. If this poor service is because of having no help, I feel sorry for Zaxbys, but regardless of the reason, if this keeps up, they will definitely go out of business. It's bad when customers come to spend their hard earned dollars, and are leaving empty handed.

Well, dummy me. I went back to this location again this evening 12-23-23. Went through the drive thru, placed my order. They then asked me to pull up, so I did. Four cars behind me got their orders and went around me. I waited 15 minutes. That's it - in I go and asked for a refund. No apology or anything. Had to reprocess my debit card. This has got to be the worst location on the planet. The employees suck, the management sucks, the owner sucks, and I'm done. I will never return to this location. Do you think they'll lose any...
