Let me start by say I left a major dispensary to support this local business. I have spend several hundreds of dollars at this shop, in the few months I’ve been a patron. My latest purchase was a $60 3g pen. After approx 3 days the pen was sticky and subsequently shatter in my hand. As soon as it happened I brought this up to the shop. I was questioned in a way to place the blame on me. I was offered 25% off my next purchase which was I considered to be disrespectful. I professionally articulated my stand point as a consumer and even offered several viable solutions. I was told it’s a business, so I asked is it in a business best interest to destroy a customer relationship over 60$ . I’m very disappointed in which this situation was handled.
