Disappointing! I spent at least 20 minutes on the phone placing my order with Vanessa explaining to her that I wanted the eggplant parm in red sauce packaged separate from the pasta which my option was tortellini in Alfredo sauce which should also be packaged separately. This concluding that the eggplant and tortellini were to be packaged separately to ensure the 2 different flavored sauces did not mix. She reassured me that they would be packaged separately from each other. I proceeded to ask her how the garlic Shrimp appetizer was and her response was “It’s REALLY good”. I placed the order for that as well being that she made it seem to be like it would be a good choice to order. She notified me that my total was $25.85. I asked how long the delivery would take and she stated about 45 minutes. I placed the order exactly at 11:10pm and my order arrived at 12:13am! A little over an hour!!!! Once I opened everything I find that the “REALLY GOOD” garlic shrimp were 4 “jumbo” more like medium shrimp which totaled $9.95 my eggplant was packaged on top of penne pasta to give an illusion of having a fair amount of eggplant which there literally 2 pieces and my tortellini was nowhere to be found in my bag. I immediately called the restaurant and the “Owner-Primo” picked up ensuring me that he was the owner. I discussed with him all of the issues and my concerns and he had the nerve to be unprofessional, give me an attitude, and was argumentative! I explained that the young lady who took the order should have notified me that I was paying $10 for 4 shrimp! I told him how I asked her about the Shrimp and what her response was and he said she told you the truth, they are really good. I would beg to differ as everyone is entitled to their own opinion. He argued some more as I continuously calmly explained to him that I was not interested in arguing but interested in receiving what I paid for that had not arrived. He goes on to tell me how he’s been there for 35 years and can’t make everyone happy? Really?! For an establishment that has been there for 35 years one would think there is no way to take an order that was repeated twice and still mess it up, or even fail to send an item that is clear on the receipt. After i informed the owner that I had no interest in arguing with him and asked what time my missing order would arrive, he rudely responded “well it takes about 8 minutes to cook the pasta and probably another 10 for the driver to get there. The driver arrived at exactly 12:40am! That’s nearly a half hour more than his rude response of “18” minutes! This review will also go on Yelp and to the restaurant review board. Very unprofessional, rude, and nowhere near making a 35 years of great service impression. Please find my receipt attached. Read moreI placed an order with uber eats which never arrived and i was never able to track. I called the restaurant and they assured me multiple times they never received an order with that name and that nothing had been sent out( i even explained what items were in my order and they were still adamant that they never received such order). I then proceeded to replace my order with the restaurant itself and was planning on obtaining a refund from uber eats. approximately 10 minutes after placing my order i got a call from the uber eats driver stating he was outside with my food, again i called the restaurant back and they insisted they had not sent out that order with uber but had sent out the the last one i placed with their driver, meanwhile the uber driver stated he just picked it up 5 min ago. i was explaining the issue to the gentleman on the phone and he was extremely rude and inattentive talking to others in the background and showing no interest in what i was saying still insisting they never received both orders which was obviously a lie because i received both orders and the food was warm for both deliveries indicating they were both sent out at the same time and nobody bothered to check. i then spoke to a lady/girl after receiving both orders and paying for both to express my frustration and she hung up on me. Read moreI had been a customer of this restaurant for a while but, my experience with them was never good. Unfortunately, the average pizza wait time was 1:30 hrs, no kidding. When I called them to ask where my pizza was, the attitude was always sour. They took no responsibility and kept telling that the pizza delivery guy had already left, and asked me if I wanted to cancel my order when I called them again 30 minutes later when there was no pizza delivered still. Recently though, I came to the point where I didn't want to order from this restaurant ever again. I called the restaurant again 1:15 minutes after I put my order and they told me the pizza delivery guy had left 30 minutes ago as usual. The delivery person finally showed up, and I was starving. And, I was like it has been 2 hours man, and he goes "Cancel it then, cancel it!!! Why are you telling me that it has been 2 hours?? Cancel it! I don't work for your online pizza ordering company (Slice), I work for Primo!" . Then he returned to his car and turned around and said "Maybe if you tip next time it comes earlier!"
