I just left this location that recently opened and the manager is so delightful customer service skills is amazing. He’s very patient and the staff as well!!! The Food is tasty and the presentation is great keep up the good work don’t slack because I’ll call corporate lols seriously though things will get aggravating especially the location your in but with the great customer service skills you guys have you’ll do just fine. Best of luck. So I didn’t want to leave this but after my encounter with the lady today who told me to come and she’ll fix the issue because I always give the benefit of the doubt. I convey the steak was so tough it wasn’t edible she fixed issue and I appreciated it truly because ppl don’t have money to waste especially when I paid for something and couldn’t eat it. As I’m walking away with my toddler I hear her saying things in her language just wondering why the need for all of that when you clearly said your workers are new and fixed issue I paid for steak that wasn’t edible and I wasn’t going to bring here but since you made me feel uncomfortable with my child because I heard you. This lady manager pretends to be pleasant and when you walk away says things as if you can’t hear.it’s no way you can cook a steak that quick anyway. Sooo, the door sounds like a car rammed into it as it closes behind you. It is Super annoying. So I asked if I can have a large bowl platter in the ones that they use for nachos, she showed it to me, and she said no. Which I found soo senseless. Like why not? So then I requested a taco salad bowl, cause I want a big bowl. I ask for brown rice, black beans, lettuce and onions, and I had to ask for extra grilled chicken because she literally threw one little freaking scoop and was ready to move on to the extra toppings, so I made her reverse and add more chicken, and her reaction was as if like she still didn't want to give it to me, the second scoop was smaller than the first one. So I literally asked for another one and she did the same thing again. In my head I'm just like "what the heck lady!; I am not your son or cousin 😅" So I end up Paying $16 buckaroos, almost 17 dollars for it. I thought I was more in the 10-11 dollar range. At this point I just wanted to leave, because it felt weird being there. So When I got inside my car and started to eat the food less than a minute later.... The beans are warmer than the chicken. The lettuce is dry. The rice tastes bland. At that point, I knew I got screwed 😂...

WARNING: AVOID THIS LOCATION AT NIGHT – UNSANITARY & DISRESPECTFUL STAFF

This place has a serious problem with its night shift. The staff is completely unprofessional, unsanitary, and downright rude. They do not wear hairnets, and I witnessed employees using the same gloves to take out the trash and then turn around and make someone’s food. They touch their hair and continue food prep without washing their hands or changing gloves. If food drops onto the visibly unclean table, instead of throwing it away, they put it right onto your plate.

The customer service is just as bad as the hygiene. The night team acts bothered when you place an order, as if doing their job is a burden. I speak Spanish, and overheard them mocking a Black customer, thinking he couldn’t understand them. Completely unacceptable and offensive.

The day staff is a little better, but the night shift makes this place a total health risk and an embarrassment. I won’t be returning, and...
