Worst experience of my life. Went to this location to take some simple passport pictures so I can renew my passport online. Decided to come here because it was close by but also the price included a free digital copy which on the site it said it would be sent right away after payment. First person I talked to gave me a blank stare and walked away for assistance. Which supposedly it was going to be right away. After waiting for about 10 minutes I pressed the assistance button because she seemed like she got lost for help. The second person, took the pictures then walked away to get someone else to help. The third person came and he was definitely not helpful. Looks like he had a attitude. I was asking him about the digital copy because that's what I really need so I can do the passport renewal online and upload the picture. First he was saying that they dont do that and after pointing out and reading what the Walgreen site said.. His response was its 90/10. I was like what are you talking about. He said it's 90% that i will not receive the digital copy by email and 10% that I will get it. I'm like your website doesn't say that. After going back and forth. He printed 4 sets of pictures and forgot 1 of my daughter's set. Then he asked me if I paid and to go pay I was like no. I'm not going to pay until all of my orders are printed out. Then someone else came and at least helped out. She told me that I will get the digital copy 30 minutes after payment. Mind you I got there around 5:20 pm and left at 7pm. Once I came home and checked around 9pm I received no emails. I decided to call, 1st person told me that I can put it on a flash drive for $5 then she got me the store manager. He was trying to have me take a picture of the picture and scan it so I can upload it which I told him several times that the government site says that's not allowed. Then I asked him if I was able to just take a flash drive or just buy 1 to have them on there and he told me to go back to the store and that he will work something out. Once I got there, the guy that told me about the 90/10 was saying that I should have asked them to put it on a flash drive in the beginning. I told him that no one offered that and it's a reps job to give the customer all their options. Then he was trying to save himself by telling me that he was going to tell me that before but never did. Then he called the store manager which didnt do anything. He was telling me it takes 2-3 business days for a digital copy which I told him the site said that after payment it's emailed right away, besides it's sent by email, how is going to take that long. Then he said he can't do it today. When I asked him why, he told me because that option should be done before taking the pictures. To me he didnt do anything and then kept telling me to scan it myself. At the end I was so aggravated and annoyed that I asked for a refund. Looks like everyone is young and no one wants to do anything. Some had attitudes and have lack of communication skills. Worst experience in my life. Hopefully some of these employees can be re trained and show that they are truly there to work and help the customer. Just realized the rating of this store...
Read moreI don't understand what is going on here, whether it is a lack of hiring or training. My first incident was with a pharmacist that had the worst attitude problem and I said to them, "you know what, I'll go elsewhere". So I never went back to this Walgreen's, until recently my doctor sent my prescription to this Walgreen's again... UGH! But I said maybe it won’t be as bad, so I went this past Sunday and everything went well until I caught up with my friend who was at the front register paying for her stuff. She was being rung up and some elder man was asking about his purchase so there was two things happening at the same time with this one cashier. My friend just sat back and watched, she mentioned the cashier that she did have her card, all of a sudden he started going off saying that, "That's what I asked you before and you said no!" which wasn't true. He asked her while also trying to speak with the elder man and getting no response with my friend. So after about a minute of the cashiers ranting, I stepped in and said to him, "Relax! It’s not that serious, just ring her up so we can go". So of course I was mad and noticed this other lady ringing up behind us and she was giving the eye. I said, I DON'T GET WHY CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS STORE IS NON-EXISTENT!!! If you can't problem solve or know how to handle situations like this one then ask for help... Where was the manager? If I am right the guy was watching on the sidelines seeing all of this go down and...
Read moreThat evening the Manager was having a bad evening or their is a dress code in her eyes. I was wearing my suit last week when this same manager was all smiles. This time it was a little late around 10 PM and I had jeans-hodie-hat on with hoodie off and hat in my hand not feeling well went to purchase cold medication also grabbed an item with name n description. Priced 1 dollar per. We got to the cashier the register did not ring up the correct price so the cashier who was very nice went to see for herself n confirmed what we were right so she did the next proper customer service by calling the Manager who rudely changed the price n did not honor the sell. I ask her for her name and she ignore me n walked away I then said with a firm tone not to walk away from me. And give me your name. She turn for a second said her name fast turn and walked away again didn't understand her. Decided she or that store was not worth it. I should have taken the ride to a 24 hour CVS. Serves me right. CVS doesn't have a dress code, they treat everyone the same. With respect at all times through out the day or evening. You win ms manager we will never go to your...
