Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Elizabeth

I wish I could leave a zero for them! Every time I go there I order Chili’s cheese dogs with onion and mustard . Figure it’s not a difficult order to make however I guess I’m wrong . Hotdogs here are almost 5 dollars each. And when I order o get three or four of them. And the last four times there has not been one drop of cheese on any of them . Mind you they are almost 5 dollars each so that’s about 20 dollars a visit . I have spoken to a manager and they just can’t seem to get it right . Then they want to act annoyed about it like I shouldn’t want my order to be done correctly . I have called and tried to get someone on the phone this last time and they refuse to speak to me . They blocked my number so I couldn’t call . And I was not rude to them every time I called . I was courteous and never even raised my voice . But apparently telling them they did not make the order right is trash talking their business from what they have said to me and been rude about it . One of the managers was too busy standing at the fry station flirting with a girl instead of trying to do his job . All of them are standing around looking like they are spaced out . And they are starting to build themselves a terrible reputation in town from what I have been told by countless others . They also told Me I was left multiple voice mails which I can prove I was not because my iPhone keeps time stamped dates of every single voice mails which I receive . The reality of the situation is they are trying to cover up their own incompetence . If you are having an issue making a simple hot dog then I suggest you get retrained . I’ve tried to talk to someone and avoid making a review but they do not care and that’s obvious . Avoid this place at all cost . Maybe they did leave me a voice mail on someone else’s phone but I’m guessing since they can’t seem to get a simple hot dog Order right then they might be unable to work a phone . All I know is I’ll take my hard earned money...

Slowest dq I've everrrr been to. Especially with as many people working. The parking lot was full but the lobby was empty so all those were employee cars?? Usually our ice cream is up immediately, not here. A good 10 min wait and there was no one else waiting... Then I was really confused bc I ordered my kid a Choco-Dipped Strawberry Blizzard and it was brown. Tasted like strawberry but no chunks of strawberry or chocolate. I think it was chocolate and strawberry ice cream mixed which is definitely Not what we ordered. My kid wouldnt eat it 😩and we had to throw it away. I got a moolatte with caramel but there was so much caramel i couldnt drink it (literally couldn't suck the caramel up the straw). Idk why they added so much, I'm sure you guys have a recipe/rule. Also, DQ wth is up with your cherry dip? Stop getting rid of it. No one wants birthday cake or butterscotch....

I'm giving this dairy queen a three stars (if I could a 3.5) and here's why. First of all, we got what we wanted, but not quite. We ordered three dipped cones, all in cups. Second of all, only one of the dipped cones had a cone, the other two did not. The other problem was that one of the other ice-cream cups without a cone, had barely any sauce on it. I understand that there are new workers, so I cannot complain much, although only one of the cups had a cones so I don't understand why the other two did not. And for the sauce situation, they might have been in a rush so that is understandable. I do think this establishment will improve over time. But, UNTIL THEN I will keep at at a 3 (3.5) stars. Other than that, everything...
