El Buen Gusto Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Elizabeth

Last night after long motorcycle ride, we check in and order some drinks, later the waitress come and told us we must order food to be serve here, why they don’t say it before we sit in? , we did plan to have couple drinks first and then eat something, but sitting out door with the fan blowing up the roof and sweat me out because it’s hot day, so I just want to drink and get little cool down so we can enjoy drink and eat if we like without pressure. Looks like this is the place “ you must eat” or “ no eat no welcome “ Remember !! if you don’t eat it means don’t come here , I hope they should put a sign show that to let people...

I had a taste for Spanish food so I gave this place a try. I called in my order and ordered arroz con pollo with vegetables and tostones. When I arrived I parked on the street with meter parking. When I walked up I seen the sign but didn't really know where to go. I finally found it and walked in. I was greeted and told them I was picking up. The lady brought my food out and told me more information about the restaurant and gave me a menu. The food looked massive lol. I paid about $12.80. When I got home I dug in and the food was pretty good. I just didn't like all the celery they put in it. I would definitely go back to give it...

It was 7 pm and I was planning to sit and have a few cold drinks with my girlfriend. At the door I was stopped and told I had to buy a bottle to dine in. very strange. So after some sweet talking because it was raining I was allowed to sit at the bar instead. I ordered 2 mix drinks that we 70% whip cream and ice without liquor it felt like. And being so displeased I asked for the bill. After only 2 drinks.

34 dollars was my bill. As if we are on south beach in miami. I cant wait to NEVER go there again. And I'm kinda upset I have to give...
