Terrible customer service. I went earlier today to go grocery shopping and left a bag of chilies and cilantro. These are inexpensive items yet when I called to verify if my items were still there and to notify the store of this, I was treated with hostility. They spoke to me like I was a liar and a thief. This is in bad taste and horrible customer service. They said it was my responsibility to check my bags. Of course if you go shopping and you bring your groceries home you expect it to all be there. This isn't the only time I have had a bad experience. They don't always check the prices on the items and ring up any price. They also sell meat that is near expiration dates and place stickers over the original sticker to change the original expiration date. I highly recommend you shop somewhere else. It is not worth the disrespect or the hassal of shopping here. Any other store would treat you with respect and would check into...

It's great but it is too expensive and they can afford to offer discounts and free giveaways to loyal patrons. They can afford to donate their surplus food to needy people and organizations in tow.. They should allow bargain pricing in their stores. They also should allow price matching and couponing to customers. The meat should be cheaper they are not fresh. Instead of price gauging, they go for lower pricing which will bring in more customers and clear items faster off the shelves. They need to also, allow customers to buy in bulk both in the store and online. Have people shop for their groceries online and have it delivered to them because it's not conveniently located and not everyone has access to a car. Very bad place to shop they don't sell by the rules outdated products or they place it on sale on the expiration dates if they make z mistake if a product its sold on special they don't all ways obeyed by the price that it's on the items claiming that the price printing machine made a mistake and the want the charge the regular price instead of the price marked on the items they don't label meat or fish products their original point of imports.It a market mainly for Mexicans or other South Americans countries who pay with food stamps or any other means of charities.
