Fui a Bank of America con mi mamá, que es una cliente fiel desde hace años, y jamás imaginé que tendríamos una experiencia tan horrenda. La gerente—una mujer con el cabello algo rojo—fue la persona más grosera y despectiva con la que hemos tenido que tratar. Nos negó la ayuda de manera tajante solo porque no teníamos una cita, a pesar de que la sucursal no estaba ni cerca de estar llena.

Lo peor de todo es que, en lugar de ser profesional y tratar de encontrar una solución o al menos ofrecer una disculpa por la incomodidad, la gerente nos trató como si estuviéramos molestando. Nos miraba con desdén y nos habló de manera arrogante, como si nuestra presencia fuera un inconveniente. Mi mamá es cliente de este banco desde hace años, y así es como la tratan.

Si Bank of America tiene este tipo de gerentes, no entiendo cómo siguen en el negocio. La falta de respeto, la falta de voluntad para ayudar y el pésimo servicio al cliente son una constante. En ningún otro banco he experimentado algo tan frustrante y humillante.
