TO THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE I HAD BEEN SEARCHING FOR A PRODUCT FOR A WEEK AND FINALLY LOCATED 5 OF THE ITEMS IN THE DENVER CO DISTRIBUTION CENTER. I TRIED ABOUT 8 STORES TRYIN TO GET SOME HELP IN ORDERING THESE ITEMS BEFORE THEY WERE GONE.. MONE OF THE STORES OR A COUPLE OF THE MANAGERS SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP ME.. I THEN CALLED YOUR STORE AND TALKED TO YOUR ASSISTANT MANAGER CHRIS SPARKS . THIS MAN WENT OVER AND BEYOND HIS DUTY TO HELP AN OLDER MAN ,NOT COMPUTER LITERATE, TO FIND A WAY TO OBTAIN AND SHIP THE PRODUCT TO ME ON POTTSTOWN,PA. AFTER TRYING TO FIND A WAY, WE CAME TO A DEAD END, BUT THAT DID NOT STOP CHRIS. I REALLY APPRECIATE A STORE THAT IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A PRODUCT, WILL TRY THEIR BEST TO STILL HELP. HE NEW I WAS DESPERATE TO FIND THIS PRODUCT SO HE HELPED ME SURCH FOR A STORE THAT SOLD THE ITEM. YOU WILL NOT UNDERSTAND HOW HELPFUL THIS MAN WAS. HE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY AND TO YOUR STORE. I KNOW HE DID NOT MAKE ANY MONEY FOR THE STORE THIS DATE, BUT HE IS THE KIND OF PERSON THAT WILL CAUSE ME AND OTHERS TO REVISIT YOUR STORE BECAUSE WE KNOW " HE IS AN HONEST AND CARING MAN THAT HELPS OTHERS". TRULY "A HELPFUL HARDWARE MAN ". I WISH YOU COULD PASS THIS ON...

Brandon the owner has got to have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve spent over $10,000 renting equipment from here just to get told I can no longer rent cause I didn’t want to replace a tire on the trailer that blew 15 minutes after renting it. Previously I have had 4-5 trailer blowouts with there equipment because there trailers come with cheap tires that are know to explode. (You can find it online there called explode tires) in the past I spent anywhere from $180-$220 replacing these tires plus losing hrs of rental time due to the inconvenience. Since I refused to replace a 6th tire when they have 10 spares out back Brandon says my business is not welcomed anymore.

I was one of the only customers to wash the equipment inside and out spending $30 to make sure the machine and trailer is clean for the next customer. Also fixed broken wires with my Own time and money from having a trailer blowout rip wires. Also made sure it was full on fuel every time!

The owner should re-evaluate Brandon as he is losing tru-value...

No help with picking up heavy items. When I first walked in someone ask if I needed help finding something. I said, yes, top soil. She directed , by pointing and saying outside in the garden area. When I went out there, there was no one out there to help me find what I really needed. I picked up 2 bags of top soil, I have a knee injury, and proceeded back into the store. The door was not automatic so I had a little bit of a problem. Lady cashier was very nice but new to the store. Her trainer helped her but no one asked if I needed help getting the bags into my truck except the women behind me. She was another customer and came out to my truck to help me. I probably would of bought more bags if only they had priced the items and if I had help...
