Medina's Deli — Restaurant in Elizabeth

First of all, I’ll like to start right that Neil, the Owner, is a great human being. I’m big on customer service, and this brother goes above & beyond for each person who walks thru that door. Their food is fantastic, & the fact he has varies types of food makes his deli one of a kind. It’s set up like a Restaurant type vibe; I’ve experienced the old Medina’s & now sense Neil took ova that place went all the way up. Today 10/2/24 at around 5:20pm. I was served a turkey hoagie with an disgusting amount of mayo on my sandwich. I mean it was completely unnecessary to be served a mountain of mayo. Its like he did it on purpose. Indian dude with glasses. I was very polite to him and still can't understand why I deserved this treatment. With a name like Medina, and the appearance of the store from the street, I expected a lot more. Let's start with the good. Absolutely no complaints about the gyro or cheese steak as both were good.
