Went in to order food to go because they did not pick up the phone. I ordered and paid for my food and was not given my receipt or change! When I ask for my receipt the girl gave it to me and took my change out the tip jar and then walked into the kitchen...I didn’t think anything of it but when I got to my house I realized the order was all wrong......I went back and requested my money back and they did not give me my money back because they said I left! The girls had nasty attitudes towards me and even said they didn’t have what I ordered originally ....so she just gave me anything without asking me what other options I would like to choose from! This place conducted themselves in an extremely unprofessional manner I wouldn’t suggest anyone support people and owners like this. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected....they told me they were making what I originally ordered and I decided to let them make it then leave...without the order...I don’t trust people or places like this making my food ....they probably spit in it....Will never go back there...

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I placed an order online for delivery at 7:30 pm one night and had an ETA of 45 mins. It hit 8:30PM and I called the restaurant to find out when my order will be delivered and they were giving me the run around, and clearly it could be heard that they had not even started making the order and HOUR after it was supposed to already be delivered. After getting the run around and being Hung up on a few times they finally said give them another 25 mins. Guess what? 25 Mins later still no food. We called again, and NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE!... We kept calling and finally get through and finally after arguing on the phone they tell us ANOTHER 15 mins. Fifteen Mins later.... STILL NO FOOD!!!. Horrible Customer Service!! No phone etiquette..After 2 hours we Ended up cancelling the order that I payed almost $100 for....

Eachtime I tried to place the order on the phone their staff were extremely rude. Your bad day shouldn't impede your ability to take the order, might as well let the cook do that too. I hand the girl my card to pay for my order, she hands it back with a receipt. Then she tells me she never charged me for the food the receipt was not a receipt just some pricing. It was one of the most dumb experiences I've had. Next that outdoor area is like a literal swamp. Just beg someone else to place the order and make them pick it up to eat at home. Save yourself...
