One of the worst Sonics in the game. We are new to the area and just moved back to the States from Europe so we have been excited about getting Sonic again - this being the closest one we have ordered delivery from them and gone to get from them. So this review will be for both.
In person, store is trash. Very dirty and just bleh. Limited on how many kiosks/ordering parking spots they have and to be honest, they are so slow I would recommend drive-thru to force them to move quicker. One of our visits was for a promotional meal (some pickle thing my wife wanted) - the cashier couldn’t figure out how to order it and kept taking stuff off and adding it on - we ended up getting charged a different price because she added it wrong. We told the guy when he brought it and he said it was right, and we were just so fed up we didn’t argue and left. Not worth it. Plus they just threw everything together like slung it into the bag.
Delivery has been horrible, we have decided to just stop ordering from there. They constantly put stuff on top of the chilli-cheese footlongs which pulls all the cheese off them… they sling everything in there with no care. And then the worst we have experienced was when I ordered a basic shake and got some mind blowing concoction that was a shake with literally everything in it… like everything and it was disgusting. Tried to call them but no luck. And plus, in the past when they forgot something or messed it up, they told us we had to come get it - no… that is why we had it delivered. Read moreI wish I could give it zero starts. What a nightmare this place is!!! Ughh I stopped by to get burgers for my kids. I ordered two kids burger meals. One with cheese and one without. When I got to the window they only had a burger and a drink for me. Saying that I didn't order the meal only the burger. I said whatever just give me what you have and I will be on my way. As I'm driving out of the parking lot on me of my boys starts crying because there is cheese on his burger. He is not allergic or anything but since he doesn't like it I always order without. Anyway, I went back there and asked them if they could please give me another one without cheese like I ordered and showed them the receipt where it said plain ketchup only. They took it back there and came back with a bag. We left and half way out of the lot my sons starts screaming again saying there is still cheese on his burger!. I ask to see it and sure enough there was cheese. They never gave me another one...they just took out the cheese from the one I handed in. Except the cheese had melted all over the bun and was impossible to get completely out. This is completely unacceptable. I'm furious and disgusted. I never would have thought that they would do something like this. It's not just wrong it's dangerous. What if my son had an allergy? We would be at the hospital right now. This is beyond unprofessional! It's borderline irresponsible. Needless to say, we are never going back there. It's just not...

Their employees seem to have come out of the Newark jail without any education, culture and respect. Today she won the prize for being very rude and CASELI THE MANAGER acted upon me very rude and additionally yelled at me to my face as if I wasn’t a human being, and I never did anything to trigger this action all I did was ask a simple question ... the selection of personnel must be rigorous and not taken lightly
La mejor comida pero el peor personal de atención a cliente de cadena rápida la tiene este establecimiento ubicado el la 1-9 Elizabeth, del 100% de trabajadores el 80% no tiene educación ni respeto por los clientes, asiste como cliente o como repartidor de comida que igual seras tratado por los mal educados que trabajan ahí, creo que ellos piensan que nos regalan la comida, que no la pagamos, sus empleados parecen salidos de la cárcel de Newark, sin nada de educación cultura y respeto. Hoy se ganó el premio de mal educada grocera y CASELI LA MANAGER... la selección de personal debe ser rigurosa y no cojer...
