This particular restaurant is so unprofessional. The manager refuse to open up any doors for customers to walk in. They are only accepting drive thru orders only. There's NO SIGN on any doors or windows stating that the restaurant are not taking walk ins. So when you call the restaurant to ask are you closed. They will tell you no, the doors will open up at 1:30pm. So I came back, the doors are still closed. I knocked on the door, the employee looked confused as to why is the door closed too. I called and a guy picked up and he's confused too as to why the doors are closed too. The manager came out and said 2:00pm. And when 2:00pm came I knocked on the door, and a female employee told me through the glass doors that they're not opening up the door. She just wanted to let me know that her manager is not being truthful. He's telling walk in customers a random time hoping that they will get impatient and just walk away. Only the drive thru. I asked her why, she just turned her back. This place, just have customers waiting and walking away. I know it's a personal choice to keep the doors closed since no one can explain why they're not letting anyone in. Don't waste your time coming...

The person who received me didn't even greet me and just looked at me contemptuously. I didn't pay attention to him and greeted the man who was at the cash register (it seemed like the manager) and I asked him for a breakfast combo 7 that caught my attention which was posted on the street and inside the business to which the man at the cash register He replied that at that time he was not selling me breakfast. (it was 11:30 am) A very kind girl who was in the kitchen wanted to help me but the man at the cashier scolded her and they didn't sell me or offer me anything. Read moreThis facility provides the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I went through the drive thru last night. After getting my order, i asked for bbq sauce. A husky African American worker processed to give me the sauces with a grotesque look on his face as if i was asking for something out of his reach. As I proceed to put the bbq into the vehicle and disinfected my hands (because of covid) he just stared at me with a hostile look. I asked if he needed anything and he proceeded to answer “ I'm waiting for you to leave”. At that moment i checked behind me to see if there was another vehicle waiting; perhaps i was causing traffic, but there was no one in line. I couldn’t understand why he was being so disrespectful.
