XL Nightlife — Restaurant in Elizabeth

I went there for a memorial day event. The place is huge and very beautiful.The venue was nice, the waitress was nice. I witnessed a man security guard man handle a woman out of no where. The woman was trying to calm her friend down and leave the place because things started to get out of control. The Security guard grab the lady in a choke hold to throw her out of the establishment. At the same time there were woman security guards there screaming and exchanging explicit words I thought the duties of security is to calm and deescalate the situation. The club need to have better training with their guards and staff. Security guard here said he “didn’t care” in the middle of throwing everyone out and started getting heated. The entry was as abysmal as previously noted. It does not make any sense to be so highly chaotic and disorganized. The venue itself is huge. Very well put together except for the fact that as huge as this venue is the restrooms are very limited and ill placed. If you're near the stage the bathroom is extremely far away and they do not have enough bar stations. What I can appreciate is it had to be 1500 or more ppl in this place full of black n brown faces and not one mishap or act of violence from beginning to end and I absolutely loved...

The event was great, however they need to be more organized and able to handle any type of situation/pressure at the door. It wasn't well organized, it should have been only one line to allow people to get in safely, after spending 2hrs in line so much commotion at the door the securities couldn't handle the crowd the police were called.
