Today is 11.27.23 and i am a consistent and frustrated customer!!!!!!!For some reason I can't write a new review so I'll just update this one. All I want to say is, the phrase, "The customer is always right." Is not reflected here. I spend like $10 a day EVERYDAY here. There's always mistakes with my food. I only call when it's mistakes that make the food inedible. But unfortunately I can't really eat anything else right now because of my high intolerance to most foods. It would be nice to atleast get courtesy when something is made incorrectly. Even if the receipt saysone thing, (cause theres plenty of times that ive written specific instructions and ended up getting a whole different sandwich or something crazy like mayo on my sandwich) if the customer says something different they should be acknowledged and considered, ESPECIALLY if their spending almost $70 a week at your restaurant.
I'm writing this while I sit in front of the store. I was rudely handled by an employee who to my knowledge is the manager. I am a regular customer, ALICIA, who LITERALLY spends atleast $10 a day at this specific establishment. The regular employees handle me perfectly. I write in the special instructions, daily, exactly how I like my food made. Today my food was made incorrectly, (because someone else made it) my sandwich and my salad, yet when I came in to ask them to make it like they usually do, the manager (surprised that I wanted it made over) pretty much threw the food in a bowl and handed it to me not with so much as an attitude but an aggravation that was unnecessary. I know this manager will be reading this so I'll say, I didn't want to say anything in front of the customers, but for me to be a regular here, I would ask to be handled more politely moving forward. I don't want no problems. I love the food and the usual service so hopefully there won't be any spit in my future orders.

I recently got out of a 4month hospital stay/battle and the only thing I've been able to eat/tolerate is subway's sweet onion chicken teriyaki wrap. I USED to go to the south matket street location in Elizabethtown, every single day to get my daily sustenance UNTIL I started seeing double and triple charges from them on my card. I got the run around for a week, the employees just telling me they don't know why that's happening and they can't do NOTHING about it. It took me demanding a "comp" sandwich or a talk with their manager. They shut down the comp request and took my number and name 3 days with NO calls from them or the manager. Finally I had to come in with my mother and she also had to debate with them until WE demanded to speak to the manager. They said they don't call the manager for customers. I am VERY dissatisfied with the service because of the lack of help and the fact that I spent my money there EVERYDAY since September 14th 2022 atleast. Read moreI have gone to this location about 3-4 times a week, for the past 5 years. I have never had a single problem with the employees at this location in the past, everyone was super friendly and a lot of them knew my order by heart since I was there so much. Recently, I think they changed franchise owners, as they have several foreign workers there now. My only complaint is that they were absolutely impossible to understand. I was unable to place my order properly due to the language barrier, and they constantly talk to each other in their own language, even after an english speaking employee asks a question. I’m sorry but if you live in America you need to speak clear English. I walked out and I’m not going back to this location.
