This restaurant is EXTREMELY Slow!!! I waited in the drive thru line 15 minutes just to get to the speaker to place my order. It was another 20 minutes before I got to the first window to pay. Once I got to the second window I waited over 7 minutes on my order. Total experience time from start to finish was 42 minutes. Wendy's needs to adopt McDonald's policy of parking customers out to the side, if their order is not ready when the get to the window, and taking their food to them when it is completed.
Yesterday, I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with no onions and no cheese, cheese fries, and a Natural Strawberry Lemonade. I got to the window to get my food and, they handed me a drink. I said,"This is not what I ordered." The employee said, "I know. We are out of what you ordered." I said, "Well, what I ordered costs more so, IF I wanted this instead, I would want the difference back. I don't want this though. Therefore, I just want a refund for my whole drink." At that time, they miraculously managed to come up with the drink I originally ordered. By that time, my entire lunch Break was over so, I decided to eat on the way back to work. I got my sandwich out and unwrapped it. It tasted awful! I had burned bacon crumbs, no mayo, no lettuce, and no tomato on my burger.This is completely unacceptable!!!!! Wendy's needs to adopt McDonald's motto of Hot, Fresh, Quality Service and Food!

Read moreI would rather drive to the Wendys on Executive Drive. They are rude here and the food hasn't been fresh. The lady at the speaker sounded like she didn't want to take our order. My husband ordered me a Large Fanta Strawberry and had to repeat it 3 times. Then when we got to the window, the lady was undeniably rude. They gave us a small Fanta Strawberry and my husband said it was supposed to be a large. Instead of saying that shed fix it for you, she still pushed the drink carrier into his face and said that she charged us what it came with and rolled her eyes. At that point we just didn't want to deal with her attitude anymore and took it and left. I wouldn't have minded paying the extra money for a large but she didn't want to accommodate us on that. When we got home, the fries were so old that they were sticking together and cold. The burgers were cold. The only food that was maybe fresh was our nuggets and they were like warm. Read moreI came pretty late it was about 9 o’clock, we placed a mobile order. We got 3 bigger bags, two had frostys and one a strawberry lemonade, which I figure they might not have them because it was late and they didn’t, they said they would refund me but I wanted them replaced so instead I got a chocolate milk, a regular lemonade which ran out so they gave us a hi-c and let us have what did fill up the cup of lemonade, then I got a Coca-Cola which tasted like it was running out and had either vanilla or cherry in it, idk the taste was off. The service was great, they even gave us two sauces each which they usually only give one. But the sandwich weren’t very warm, the chick sandwich’s where kinds hard, the chicken nuggets were the only thing that was was warm and fresh. The fries in all of them were not filled all the way and were cold and hard, and no there were not fries on the bottom of the bag either they just weren’t filled very good.
