Arby's — Restaurant in Elk City

Won't be doing that again!!! I ordered through the Arby's app. I ordered LARGE meals. That is NOT what I received. The app was misleading. After reviewing through that app, I see where it did not take my selection from. Medium to large. When the employee gave me the bag of food. I asked if he could double bag because I have to drive 20 miles home. He said yeah. Then walked up to me. I repeated double bag please. He said OK then walked away to talk to the other employees. Never brought me a second bag and these bags are thi ner than cheap paper. I get no response. I still did not have the drinks. I said louder, excuse me. He turned around. Yes? This should have drinks, I say. Does it? He asks. Then brings me two medium drinks. That's when I realized the size issue. I said these should be large. He looks at the screen and said no and then just walked off. Seriously. By the time I drove home, the grease from the fries soaked the bottom of the bag. When I picked up the bag, the food stayed in the seat of my truck. The food was cold. Horrible experience and horrible food. Seriously will NEVER do that again. I'm amazed this place is...

We frequented this Arby's for dinner two nights in a row.

Our RV was being held hostage at a repair shop nearby so we had no way to make dinner and no car. Luckily we could walk to this Arby's.

The food was delicious and what I would expect from Arby's. I always get a roast beef and curly fries because that's the obvious choice. Don't forget to add horsey sauce.

My only complaint about this location is that I couldn't walk through the drive through so I had to go inside. I wasn't super surprised about this, but it would have been nice not to have to go inside with Covid-19. Then once inside most of the employees weren't wearing masks.

This seems fitting for what we saw in Oklahoma, but I wish people would take Covid-19...

We ate at the elk city ok location last evening. I ordered my favorite chicken bacon sandwich the chicken was tough as a boot and it was cold. Seemed like it had been a left over. My granddaughter ordered a side salad with ranch dressing. When I pickup the order there was no ranch dressing had to wait at the counter until my turn the person behind the counter said “ I knew as soon as I gave that to you I forgot to give you the ranch” I went back to my table she had just given a 5 year old lite ranch dressing. Of course it tasted “different “ to her and she would not eat her salad. I spent $24.50 on our meals and 2 of the 3 of us had to find something else to eat when we got home. I...
