I'd give less if l could. Went in here yesterday around 3:30. There was 1 younger man, and what looked to be a hs girl as his assistant. I walked over to the ice cream, she followed..l told her my order. She said she'd tell the guy. Then AFTER me a man came in with 2 young kids. She waited on him. I thought that's OK, they are young childRen. It's hot. She took out 3 cups.

Then the guy came over they both disappeared into the kitchen. And NEVER came back to service ANY of us. After 5 min l left..the young teenage girl looked TERRIFIED of this guy.

POOR selection of ice cream...

I had a craving all day for ice cream, rocky road.. so I drove through and ordered my usual, waffle cone Rocky road on bottom and mint chocolate chip on top. I pull to the window told the young male working there that it was wrong. He told me that it doesn't matter it's all going in my stomach. I said I'm paying for it and that the way I ordered it. He said they (coworkers) told me to make it didn't tell me how it was supposed to be.. my first time there, and not goin back. This happen...

Went to the Dunkin Donuts. It was horrible. Truly understaffed for the morning rush. Waited almost 20 minutes if not more for just coffee. People came in after me, ordered and were out of the door before I got a simple dark roast coffee. Nothing special. If this has taught me one thing, it's that I'd rather drink the coffee at work or a hotel before going into another Dunkin Donuts....
