Subway — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

I discovered this subway few days ago and i really like this place . Its warm, neat and Clean. Its near my home .I usually go there in the evenings after my work and buy 2 footlong sandwiches for dinner - Voila! Dinner ready. I agree that few of them have language problem. Rather than that I found them very welcoming , patient and friendly . Also only one person at a time for the service makes things little slow during busy days. The worst customer service. There is always the same person and that old middle aged woman doesn't even understand English! Her words are also not understandable - we end up asking "what" to each other - this doesn't happen anywhere else.

The worst hygiene ever - touches everything and without washing or sanitizing, she touches the sandwich too! Better to close this outlet than have this person work here.

11/2023 4* Food was great. Service was great. All good there. However, it is inside a gas station. GPS had trouble finding it. Had to call them to find them. Ugh!
