I ordered online with my family and when we got there they were like "oh, we are out of hash browns." And we were like "okay, not a problem, but we paid. Is there a coupon or refund?" and they responded "my manager isn't here" ... It went downhill from there because we should be getting something for the money we spent, but the girl was just clueless. I get that she can't give a refund without the manager as many restaurants have this same policy, but she should have enough training to act on her feet when the managers are not there, because anything could happen during work! She should have knowledge to give coupons or replacement food or... something!!! I PAID FOR IT! Oh and on top of that, there was a sandwich missing! And she was insisting that there wasn't anything more on the receipt even though we kept showing her the order placed on the app which also confirmed we paid for 3 sandwiches. I don't know if that was an error in the system or the girl really was having a bad day, but we were charged for 3 sandwiches not two. So, I got nothing for the hash browns I paid for and nothing for the sandwich either. No coupon, no replacement, no refund... Nothing. This is not the girls fault honestly. It's Management's fault. She was doing the best she could with the knowledge she has and the permissions the management allowed her, with the training she had. Management shouldn't set their employees up for failure. There should be something in place when managers aren't there. I'm very upset about this and can't believe this kind of thing is allowed to happen at a big company...

Each time I come here Iāve had the same experience. Both times led to people walking out before being able to order. The younger man is one of the most useless individuals I have ever witnessed. I would be extremely concerned if my establishment was paying for that type of work. Each time there was only 2 people in the store (myself and another) and still they couldnāt figure out how to make a black coffee in a reasonable amount of time. Last week I stood in line for 10 minutes and finally ordering online in which it appeared they still never received an order⦠I spent 25 minutes in this place for a cup of black coffee. This time around same thing. I ordered online ahead of time because I couldnāt take the chance to wait for one of the employees to take the customers in line. I came 10 minutes after I ordered and my black coffee not ready. Waited 10 more minutes until the older gentleman finally asked what I was waiting on. He goes the midnight one? I go yes. Well I guess they received the order but decided not to do anything about it. The main cause Iām assuming is because of the useless individual who was doing whatever with what looked like a newer employee over by the ice cream⦠(it was 9:30am)⦠Iāll have to make the extra couple minute drive to Starbucks next week to avoid this place...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went this morning, 6/6/25 around 6:25am. Ordered a medium iced coffee with 1 cream, 2 butter pecan pumps and 2 blueberry pumps, and a bacon wrap. The girl taking the order made me repeat, so I did, no biggie. I waited in line as two cars were infront of me. When I get to the window, the girl at the window had an attitude. She handed me a cup and I genuinely asked her if that was my order. With an attitude, she said yes. I told her I only asked for 1 cream (the cup looked like half of it was cream because it was SO LIGHT). This girl is rude and rolled her eyes at me and told me that the coffee looked light because I got butter pecan in it and that makes it light š Which is bs, because I know what that syrup looks like. I told her that I always get the same coffee and it never looks like that. Her response: she rolled her eyes again, literally THREW the coffee into the garbage can behind her with an attitude, and yelled at the person making the drinks for drive thru "did you put 1 cream in this?!" and walked away from the window. I drove off. She wasted my time and I was definitely not gonna give my money to a place with...
