Let me the first to write an honest but negetive review..
Dealing with Will Call is a nightmare and a half. Everytime I pick up equipment for my company, it's a different excuse why it's not in stock. I've just had an order cancel on me because it wasn't in stock EVEN THOUGH when my boss ordered it online it said it was. Last time he ordered something it went through on his end but was sent to shipping instead of Will Call because they didn't have it in stock yet.
What ever is happening with the ordering website and the warehouse inventory system needs to be fixed soon to prevent any further headaches because I think we aren't the only ones in this boat.
...other than that, the place is clean, organized and the people at the front desks especially Tyler are nice and helpful in any situation you might be in.
