EQ modern furniture — Local services in Elk Grove Township

Glass table top scratched. Didn't notice until days later after installing a dinning room light fixture...too bad too sad for me.. they won't replace. Delivery guys also delivered a tv console and chairs that they assembled. Didn't do a good job. Didn't install all the light fixtures in cabinet, then lied about the ones missing. Bar stool has a plastic sleeve to protect pole when chair is in use....came loose and now pole is stratched and gouged... manager says,..."well, umm mmm....unfortunately.......blah, blah blah." No accountability!!!!!

I paid over $350 for the dilevery and install... over priced, lazy workers, liars...and one of the two workers smelled SO bad that I had to call the shop... it was horrible experience and a waste of money!!! They had to return to the shop, because they began the installation at the shop and forgot a piece.. they struggled getting the tv fireplace console up the stairs because they pre-assembled... fireplace rock was all stuck up inside the glass and disheveled.... had to take off glass to fix that. They left it to me, initially, to tear off the access package wrapping.. when they came back I told them to do it themselves and to install the light fixtures, which he didn't feel like doing. He exclaimed "F@&K"! when they called the first time after I said I'm on the second floor...first impression there... further downhill as time went on. ridiculous!!!!!!!

If you buy from here be careful and don't expect any decent moral.. Stuck with a new table that they wont replace or a bar stool that is badly scratched. Bad install... bad and unprofessional...

I love this place! I have had the hardest time finding modern furniture other than Ikea (which I love, but couches aren't the comfiest) We had searched so many places and would always find very traditional or transitional pieces which isn't my style. Came here and for once had a hard time choosing what furniture to get! So refreshing to have choices in colors and styles and not only are the pieces stylish and comfortable but also practical. My sectional has a pull out sofa and storage within it! I want to get a dining room set next because they start as a 4 seater for everyday use and with a smooth spin of the table become larger and easily seat 6. Where has this store been all my life!!
