McDonald's — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

On this Monday morning, 10-1-18, I was in the drive-thru at 1st payment window, when a guy not in drive-thru lane, walks up to the payment window, and starts talking with a female employee, cutting me off and preventing me from paying. When I ask the guy to move so I can pay, he cusses out my father and I, then while walking back to his car, he proceeds to kick my right rear fender, causing damage. Not only were my father and I verbally accausted, our vehicle also was damaged. IDK what to do, I took the license plate #, make and model of the minivan, and have a physical description of the offender. Do I report this to the elk Grove police? My name is Joseph Miller I was at this McDonald’s at 4:18 PM this afternoon on 9 / 21 / 22. And I received terrible drive-through service from the manager and the employee that takes the orders. I ordered myself a double cheeseburger with only extra cheese, pickles and mayonnaise. The burger had everything on it, and I am allergic to ketchup, and they put ketchup on the burger. Ordered#2 with sweet tea & 10 piece nuggets with mocha frappe, worker handing us drinks wiped them off with a sanitizer rag, apoun asking "why he used the sanitizer rag,'responds," that's normal".
