Real La Michoacana — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

I usually don’t mind going to this location but I went today and it wasn’t the best. For 1 I was charged for 2 medium yogurts when I got 2 small. She didn’t fill the cup with fruit like the other places.I asked for granola and she used oats. I also asked for a natural and half natural and half strawberry and that didn’t happen. I also got 2 small corns which were 60 % full and she didn’t even add the Mayo. She also knew she over charged me and didn’t want to give me my receipt. I went in with my friend with no customers in the store yet. She ordered her food, then checked out but then they skipped me to help the next person who walked in after us. Then there were multiple workers who kept helping the next person in line (thinking I had been helped already I think) 😅 I ended up having to get back in line after 15 minutes of standing at the front of the line/ not asked if I’ve been helped while being at the front of the line. la experiencia con mi familia fue terrible!!! los elados y todo lo que se adquiere ahi es delicioso.... lastima de personal incapacitado , irrespetueso y poco profecional y sin etica no tienen la menor idea de lo que es el servicio a cliente.... hoy Julio-14-2005 al rededor de las 9:30 p.m. estubimos ahi para disfrutar un delicioso elado, al rededor de las 9:50 mi nena de 8 anos despues de comerce su elado quiso ordenar un baso de mango fresco, y la respuesta de una de las empleadas fue que no habia, se le pregunto que si no habia o no lo queria hacer ? ... y su respuesta fue es que ya estamos cerrados cuando la luz de OPEN todabia se encontraba encendida.... despues de volver a la mesa y terminarnos lo que estabamos injiriendo, decidimos retirarnos... y al levantarnos de la mesa la otra senorita que se encontraba ahi , nos hablo con mala actitud que teniamos que regresar a limpiar la mesa, cuando la localicacion en si, estaba demaciado sucia , pare por unos instantes para ver si se estaban dirijiendo a nosotros, y nuevamente me grito que limpiara la mesa cuando lo que se habia quedado ahi era unas servilletas que por sierto estaban limpias, la senorita de pelo rosa no demostro ninguna educacion en la manera en que se dirijio a nosotros y como si fuera poco los otros dos companeros le celebraron lo que hacia riendoce de lo que estaba pasando..... lo ciento porque es muy rico lo que benden... pero de nuestra parte no...
