La Casita Tamales. What can I say about the place. First and last time I come to the casita tamales. I'm a huge Tamale fan, but this place made me have a change of heart. I don't tolerate bad attitudes and bad food. The cashier lady was rude, and when I asked about the prices, she didn't acknowledge. I had believed the prices were $16 for a dozen, and she charged $30 dollars for a dozen tamales. I get that places have to make money, but that's kinda of excessive. it's too much for tamales that didn't even taste good and leaves a bad aftertaste. Other places have far better taste, quality, and texture and far better attitudes and charge about $15 to $20 for a dozen tamales. So, in other words, people go somewhere else and spend your good, hard earned money in places that deserve it. Dont regret coming here like I certainly do.

These tamales are so delicious and authentic! I have so far only tried the mild red and green spicy - packed with meat and large size, 3 are very filling for me and I’m a big eater. Staff is friendly. This is not a sit down restaurant, you order to go, and they do run out fairly quickly which is why you should go close to when they open if you want a specific kind. If you are craving authentic tamales, you need to order from here!

Tamales are not as good as they used to be, but they certainly are more expensive. Be ready to pay $30 plus tax for a dozen tamales. I know that they have to make money, but this seems excessive to me, so I will not be visiting as often. Then again, everything is so very expensive everywhere nowadays. The service is great every time I visit, so I don’t get all the bad reviews about service, maybe Im just always lucky.

Ok let me just say the tamales are ok, but what makes this places bad is the attitude on the guy on the front taking orders and packing the food this young guy needs to learn a little bit about how to greet people( costumers) a hello or good morning would be nice and not throw the bag of food and get mad if he missed heard you. I believe he is related to the owner of the place ( very nice guy) My husband and I have been going to the place since it opened, but before they opened it the owner of the place used to sell his food from his van, we have been costumers since then. Is sad sometimes other people working there can actually ruin the business. By the way have someone pack the food and someone else take the money is disgusting packing food after you...

When I walked in, I was told there was a 15 minute wait, and that they only had green and red tamales left. I waited and then was told they only have red left (not green as they had said). I asked for a dozen, and they said okay. I was then told they do not have a dozen, and that they only have 10. At this point, I thought this place was a joke. For 10 tamales, I paid $17, which is overpriced. The tamales were just okay. Additionally, I noticed many of the cooks were partially wearing their face masks. They were talking out loud and swearing, with their mouth...
