We was introduced to this place when our company ordered this for our driver appreciation day. The Italian beef tasted great and also the spaghetti was really good rich sauce. We decided to go in and try it. Sadly we were greeted with a grim faced unfriendly Mexican girl. I ordered a Italian beef sandwich and it was not very good. It seems like it was microwaved and tasted nothing like the one that I tasted at our company catering event. My wife ordered the spaghetti and the sauce was not thick and rich. Although it tasted good it was very watered-down. We saw someone ordered a pizza and it looked good so we went back the same night at 9 pm. The time we were greeted by a very rude gay Mexican man. I called in the order and I told him that we would like to eat the pizza there, he told us that the dinning area was closed. He could have handled the situation better but he was just totally rude. I wonder if the founders of this business knew how damaging worker's can destroy their business in a very short time. I have noticed an increase in Mexican worker's with a terrible attitude towards people that don't speak Spanish. Their strong Mexican accent is a indication that they are not from here and has an attitude of entitlement. Either the business owners need to train their staff to make customers feel welcome or their business will slowly die. Both visits the place was empty. This is a good indication that the terrible customer service is causing the business to lose customers. If the business owners don't do something about these Mexican workers who have a terrible attitude it will be out of business soon even if they do good catering food and serve terrible food in the restaurant. Read moreFood is good but the business there is BEYOND horrible. Not only are some of the workers there rude over the phone but also like to make sure they don't get caught with complaints. Ordered the first time and my food was an hour and a half late when I called about it the girl said the driver was in an accident which I let go because someone was hurt. She said I had a credit for next time and they will make me a fresh pizza and deliver it as soon as possible. I received my pizza cold not fresh at all. I let it slide. When I called 2 weeks later and tried to use my credit they said there was no such thing and no one was in an accident. I asked to speak to a manager mind you it was lunch time at this point and the guy over the phone said he was on his way. I gave him my name and number and didn't receive a call. I called again around 3 and he said he was on his way... still???? 3rd time I called and asked to substitute poppers from the appetizers to fries and it was an argument with the guy just to get that asked to speak with the manager and "he wasn't there". Horrible staff and don't care about their damn customers. The same thing with the Elk Grove Village location they are a complete joke!. No other location has given...
Read moreI was trying to not write a negative review, and I know to never order take-out on Christmas Eve, however circumstances were such that I needed to do both. On Christmas Eve my family ordered pizza online at Rosati's. Long story short, the restaurant had closed at 5pm that day, however the website not only took the order and my money, but did not have the Holiday hours posted anywhere. After not receiving my order an hour after promised, I drove over to the restaurant to see what was going on and found it closed with no Holiday Hours posted on the outside as well. When I was finally able to speak with a manager after the holidays to get my money back he told me that they are aware of the "glitch" (accepting orders when the store is closed) on the website but have not fixed it. I was told their "tech" person would have to check into this in order to issue my refund. I then emailed them a copy of the statement showing that I had paid and have emailed them 3 times to confirm that they have received the statement only to have no one respond. It is now a month later with no resolution......I know there are better pizza places and that they treat their customers better when THEY make a mistake. NEVER...
