When addressed with complaints, the manager Luis is very dismissive of customers. I ordered a 10pc spicy nugget meal and small chili on 5/19/24 and only 4 of my nuggets were spicy. They had been sitting for quite sometime before I ordered them a little after 1:10am as well as the fries. They were cold and hard like cardboard strips! I called that same night but my calls didn’t go through. So I tried to call back the next day, and that’s when someone finally answered and I told them my experience, it was quite difficult to understand his English due to him having an accent. I couldn’t understand his name, So I asked if he could write my name down and record what happened so I can come in and speak with the boss. I proceeded to go back today to resolve the issue and possibly get a refund, since I don’t have a taste for Wendy’s and I’ve already eaten. I explain to Luis the situation and he tells me even though I have my receipt, because I don’t know who I spoke with, if I don’t want a credit for the food (meaning if I don’t want him to make the food over fresh) then I won’t get anything at all. I asked him to give me the number to the corporate office so that I could speak with someone there about the matter, but he refused to give me the number several times. Insisting that he didn’t have a pen in the store to right down the number, I searched for one in my car. He then asked me to pull up to the door because he had customers and he’ll “deal with me there” I kindly declined and continued to ask for the corporate Number. He proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t move he’d call the police on me! And so I told him to do so because I simply just wanted the number to corporate! The police arrived and he still refused to give the number but instead told me to call the store in the morning. I’ll probably never return to this...

Neither employee on shift used gloves I watched the girl go from touching the register and money to making my sandwich. Not once did she wash her hands.
Had to ask the same question several times just for her to ask someone else in spanish while she rolled her eyes. If you're a cashier how do you not know whether the bathroom requires a key?
I've worked in the area for over 2 years have gone to this restaurant several times during the week but the weekends are the worst. Hope management figures out how to fix that. Based on other reviews it's a longstanding problem.

I expect employees to be rude and incompetent. I don't expect that behavior from a supervisor or manager. I had to wait 6 minutes while he finished his phone call just to take my order. Mind you my lunch is only 30 minutes.
I clearly tell him that I want a spicy chicken ceasar salad. He takes my order and process my payment. Eventually my order comes and its a parmesan grill chicken salad. I tell him that's not what I order he raises his voice with agitation to tell me what I want is not on the menu anymore. That info would have been useful when I was ordering my damn food. Not after he's taken my money.
This ignorant incompetent idiot doesn't have a clue about customer service, accountability or patience. He's a very poor leader and needs to be replaced.

Read moreThis place is such an abomination. Absolutely disgusting on the inside. The staff is completely oblivious when you're ready to order. As well they have absolutely no manners w/ terrible customer service skills. This is literally the only Wendy's around, and after being disrespected and told to eff off through the drive thru before, I decided I would go inside from now on. Now I go inside and after waiting 10 minutes to order with no line (I've clearly been ready, just waiting for the 2 employees to finish their conversation bashing an old man in the drive thru), he rudely asks what I wanted. I explain my order and after repeating myself numerous times as the kid seems high, he then gives me a total, and LITERALLY Farts at the register... I gave up after that and as I'm walking out I happen to see there were ants on top of the garbage can.. how nasty can this place get? I refuse to ever go back as seeing how their establishment is infested, I can only imagine the kitchen being so much worse. After reading all of these reviews I can clearly see I'm not the only one, and it's sad that you keep seeing Wendy's employees posting fake 5 stars immediately after a bad review to balance the rating.
