Del Taco — Restaurant in Elk Grove

I went there third time first two time was fine but may 22nd Sunday 8 pm we went to dine in with family the girl on front register with gray shirt Mexican girl has bad attitude I order deluxe chilli fries she gave me regular when I ask her I didn't order this she say in very attitude attitudeble voice what what u mean I repeat then I say its ok can I get any souce with my fries she give me dirty look my food was sitting on counter for 10 minutes I was looking they are not calling anyone who food is that on counter I go ask she say oh sorry there was more customers waiting for food the was keep on putting order on counter not telling them its ready that is very bad service close the restaurant or give them proper training take care of business don't ruin the name of company plz no one is watching them the resturent was very dirty the table walls has source on them I looked the back where they work was so dirty I'm never going back there again I like nice service clean...

How do you ask some one what kind of sauce you want only to hand them their bag right after without adding any sauce to it. Going around the drive thru only to realize they didn’t put the sauce I requested after waiting 10 minutes I get to the window and they walk away from the window. I been coming to this Del Taco for over 15 years and the service here been the worst you can come across the last few years, kind of explain why every time I come here it’s never a familiar face. Then I asked for a refill on my soda and their response was disrespectful and the girl shut the window in my face like I didn’t pay for my food or something. The big boy finally at the end realized that he owes an apology that he didn’t want to give and I did leave there eating my food cold and out of soda cuz I drank it while waiting for 10 minutes. The food was OK. I hadn't been back to a Del Taco in years after getting some pretty bad food a few times. This time, I tried buying more expensive food items, thinking that maybe the value stuff I had gotten before was the problem.. It's not! I got a guacamole and asada burrito the had front and center on the menu, looked good. The asada was literally dried out to the point of bone dry/crunchy.. think beef jerkey. The Guac was nasty.. it had been setting out of a fridge to long as I could smell that greasy smell that comes with an overripe/bad avocado. I hate to leave a negative review but Del Taco wholey earned this one. We spent over $25.00 and our food was inedible. I will say, the sodas we got were great! Some store mess with the syrup/soda water ratio to save money, this didn't seem to be the case for Del taco, I thought my soda tasted great so...
