We came here for a Work Christmas gathering. And we had called and tried to make reservations back in the mid of November, and we were told that they don’t take reservations so they said to call ahead which we did, and we got there at 11 o’clock when they opened for a party of 16.
I was told to wait in the bar area, and everybody else who came in after me, was also told to wait in the bar area until our full party had arrived. They couldn’t see us. Well, our full party arrived. We’re taking spaces up at the bar, we’re not buying drinks, and we sit down at a table that we were originally told by one of the servers, a gentleman, said that that long table at the bar area would potentially be our spot
We were greeted by a hostess, then, after who said that the table that we were sitting at that we were told to sit at was closed, and that we had to move either back to the bar and take up the bartender spaces, or go back to the front and block the entryway, because there is no waiting area anymore!
Then to be seated in an area where not all of us are going to fit. They gave us three tables and expected 16 of us to squeeze in to those three small areas. The hostess was very rude the young girl, both of them illiterate as hell. Both of them incompetent as hell, and refuse to give us a fourth booth next to in the same area of where we were already sitting because there was only one waitress? Well, that one Waitress can serve for booths if she’s already serving three right?
I asked to speak to a manager, and he kindly walked over to the area where we were placed a third time we moved. Literally they moved us three times, and on our fourth move! Which was for way too many. I told him that if we have to move again, we are leaving. He said you guys are fine. You can have these booth and gave us booth and said sorry for the inconvenience.
I have never had service at this location or any Texas Roadhouse so revolting. Having to tell your guests to get up sit down, get up, sit down, get up up, sit down four times! Is way too many and then the poor bartender having us 16 people sit there and take up her spaces and not buy anything is even more revolting.
Do better Texas roadhouse with your hostess staff because they suck at this...

I don’t know why I was charged full price and so I just called them at 7:02pm 11/18/24 to confirm what time early dine in ends and also if what I ordered for me and my son was on the early dine menu (which it was) so that just annoyed me…it’s not about the money .. it’s about the fact i was charged incorrectly. I specifically went there earlier so I wouldn’t be.. and on top of that depending on whos serving you, they really be acting like the bread comes out of their asshole. They be so stingy with bringing you bread ..they’ll ask you if you want more and then purposely won’t bring any soooo make it make sense …. Plus Service was horrible on my son‘s father‘s birthday- I can officially cross this place off my list, and the tables are always dirty and grimy
Old review -Not only did one of the waitresses or another restaurant goer give us Covid last year( I know for a fact it was someone there) but against my better judgment we came here again last week and it was just horrible. My sons cheeseburger kids meal was so hard like golf pucks and his one and a half-year-old teeth couldn’t even bite into it. He didn’t eat the food and yet when I asked for them to take it off the tab the waitress said her manager said they couldn’t do that which is weird… The bread was hard AF. His french fries were burnt and hard.., my partner got the chicken steak meal and the chicken was not cooked all the way.. the only thing that was all right was my chicken Cobb salad and even then when I asked to have extra chicken on the side because they only gave a few pieces they tried to charge me for a whole meal for that extra piece of chicken which they took off the tab because they were trying to be slick. Overall wouldn’t come here again would it come here again for sure for sure…, We did get the cactus french fry thing which was not...
Read moreIt's amazing how an employee can sour your visit before you can even eat. My son cannot eat out at many restraunts due to sensory disregulation. We love Texas Roadhouse because of its loud atmosphere and he's happy with his noise canceling headphones and his occasional bursts of sound don't bother anyone. We always check in ahead of time to avoid long wait times. After receiving the text message to come in, entered and provided my name and that my son will need a booth when they have one available. We were placed "on deck". After seeing a few parties who were checked in after us get a booth, I approached the counter. I was told that I was texted to bring my party in twice. I'm not sure if the hostess wasn't paying attention to where I came from or that my party of 4 was standing in front of the steaks for 25 minutes. I informed her I checked in and pointed to the host who checked us in while he rolled his eyes like a child. She brushed me off and said we were on the list now and apologized. After a few more parties were seated before us again I spoke to the manager and then all of a sudden the host staff attempted to seat us when they saw me speaking to him. She took us to a table and when I reminded her of the booth she said there weren't any. I wish she would have told us before walking us to the back. We decided at that point to leave. I never make demands and always plan ahead because my child has a lot of needs. I always tip at least 20 percent or more because restaurant staff work hard and put up with a lot. I hope that manager trains his staff better. He didn't seem to care much but maybe it was because I was frustrated at that point. Never had a problem at this Texas Roadhouse so I hope it was just...
