We went about 7:30pm on Friday evening hopping to miss the rush well we did, however the food was not up to anything tasteful the salad bar out of dressings the stims on the spinach were as long as the spinach is around, the meat that they called prime rib was prime dry, it really did look and taste like it set out and been reheated in the microwave oven and installed of the person cutting the meat off the line and get a better cut. And if any food sits there for two to three hrs like some veggies, soups beans and no one has touched them take them off the line put something different. And the pastry again yheu looked bad like they have been sitting there for hours the pecan pie looked wet like something was sprayed on the slices again they to have been sitting their for at least an hour or more and there wasn't any fruit of anykind at all set out to eat. The plates were still dirty. The plates also had cut marks from people digging in cutting their food take those plate out of use. Not only does it look ugly the next time you go and cut your food and see it plastic coming up with your food as well the knives spons an forks were also dirty. And the tables did not get cleaned until someone or a family needs to sit down, yes I said just that! Dirty crumb on the tables...This places has went down hill fast and management. That's it there is no management that I've seen at all. And last the young kids playing around and not paying attention to what they are doing an as a customer the last thing you want to see when you inter a restaurant is people/kids playing games of any kind. It makes the rest of the restaurant look bad in this case however it was bad all the way around all together this restaurant needs help. And new management that cares about the quality, cleanliness and respect for the company, not just pick up a pay...

My teenage boys like GC better but as my dad would say the place has gone to he'll in a handbrake. 6pm Wednesday night and it was pretty empty when it used to be crowded. I looked over the food and was turned off. They say on their menu they have meatloaf but didn't. The steaks were old and looked so inedible I wouldn't feed them to my dogs. The chili obviously hadn't changed since lunch. There were two pieces of nasty cheese pizza and nothing more. So having just gotten off a very low fiber medical diet I was looking forward to a good salad and hoping maybe the rest would be fixed soon. I went to the wrong salad bar. They had pepperoni but no tomatoes orushrooms and those r aust for my salad. But the worst was their lack of guessing choice. They had ranch fat free ranch thousand island and cocktail sauce. Truly no kidding. No Italian or vinegret or anything else. So I spoke to a worker about this. However she didn't speak 3 words of renglish so I had to speak to her in Spanish. Employees working with the public should have basic English communication skills. Been to GC several times and this was absolutely the worst. I get BYOB but BYOSD ( bring your own salad dresding) sounds crazy but I wish it were a joke. So the corporate office where it was hard to reach a person is sending me a $100 gift card seeing as how the salad bar issue was the last straw for me and we got a refund and left. The manager was a jerk and would not hear criticism about his restaurant or do anything to make it right. When the waste more food than customers pay to eat they will just end up another set of closed doors. The sooner the better. Good buffets had died...

If it was your first time and seeing this I know I wouldnāt return. Front desk staff not attentive and not with just me but others distracted but at least she told me sit anywhere. As a traveling nurse going from location to location yes everywhere is short staffed from restaurants to hospitals everywhere, in the end if you come to the hospital Iām at or I go to your restaurant professional customer service is what we can hope for. Today i would have given this location 2Stars. The location was clean, plenty of parking, and Only Only when a lady in a green shirt (assuming management) saw me taking these photos told a staff member did it create an urgency to get the empty trays refilled and get the staff actually moving. If it wasnāt for her comment I do believe the slow moving negative energy would have just continued. So I thank that person giving this location a 3 Star because of someone making something happen. Even had another customer beside me ask the gentleman staff member behind in the cooking area if any other food is coming out and he was met with the same heart felt negative answer I heard earlier.
