So Iāll tell you why this place got quite a few negative feedback. We all know itās a pandemic and we get that there are longer wait times. BUT when their tracking system says 43 min to deliver but itās actually 1 hr and 40 minutes thatās a big difference. And when their tracker says your pizza is delivered but itās actually not and you have to wait 20 more minutes while your outside looking at neighbors houses thinking the delivery boy delivered your order to the wrong house. All the while you are on the phone calling the store 3 times but no one picks up. Then your order arrives but the pizza is stone cold. When they finally pick up, an employee named Alex straight up said āI had been dealing with customer complaints all day and I donāt want to hear you or help youā then hangs up. I couldnāt even tell him what happened because he was talking while I was speaking and was throwing random remarks. Call them two more times hoping to resolve the issue but 5 seconds in he hangs up. The attitude and rudeness from him is unprofessional. I donāt care where you work, you go to work and be prepared.
Anyways thatās my experience. Not only am I having trouble getting a refund from that store, the Dominos Corporations are ignoring its customers when we try to contact them about management and getting refunds!! Wow congratulations for being the worst pizza chain once again. What happened to your policy: āApologize, give the customer what they want, give them something extraā? I ordered our regular order and then a second order because the app was giving errors when trying to check out with my full order that contained one of the reward items. My first and large order was correct enough if a little well done. The second small order, however, was wrong and missing items. I ordered cheesy marinara dip with parmesan twists. But the dip I recieved was 5 cheese or it was missing the marinara entirely. It was a big oily mess. I was also missing the dip cups I ordered. No biggie. I called to get it partially refunded which apparently was just too much for the manager to handle. The poor girl on the phone was acting as go between and I could hear the manager in the background absolutely going off about how my order was correct because she made it herself. She ended up having to put me on hold while the manager had her rant. She came back with the unfortunate news that the manager would only put the correct item and replacements on my next order. But after listening to the way she talked about me and the way she was talking to her associate, I'll never be back there again. I let her know I would be calling corporate on Monday to have my refund issued due to missing and incorrect items.
