I've only been here once but after my experience, all I can say is wow! Hands down the best gourmet hotdog I've ever had! I don't think it could get any better. I had the Kyoto Fire. Next time I will take pictures but honestly the menu pictures look spot on to what you get. What ever that corn toasted bun is... it's also excellent. Service was terrible! My gf and I went to try Umai cause it looked good and the reviews were great. Realizing that we walked in an hour before closing, we knew we would take it to go. We said hi as we went in and the employee looked at us annoyed. He didn't say a single word to us while we were in the building. He went to wash his hands and then continued to put things away as if we weren't standing there ready to order. Came to try a new place and got the Umai burger, bulgogi hotdog, and kimchi fries. Would say it's a little on the pricy side. Food overall was not bad and they have some really cool Asian inspired options! Will say that the flavors could be a little more balanced. Our medium fry was a little too saucy so we asked if they could give us some more fries and they whipped us up an entire large size fry on the house!!
