Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Elk River

I used to love this location and never had issues. I’ve given them 3 chances to redeem themselves but continuously have had problems that are just disappointing and plain gross/nasty. This has been recent within the past 2 months. I hope this location gets the attention and help it needs to get back on track and management reaches out to those who felt it was so bad it needed a review to right the situation.

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad- there was no chicken in it or croutons. Just lettuce and Parmesan

Tried their fettuccine Alfredo with zucchini noodles. The Alfredo sauce was a wet soupy liquid that tasted like just maybe melted butter?

Ordered a Caesar salad today again/ toppings were correct but the dressing was GREY and oily, smelt old, and a weird chunky texture.

PLEASE management fix whatever is going on there- I’m pretty patient but after 3 back to back occurrences within a short time span there is clearly a problem. It’s unhealthy and can make people sick when mishandling the food...

You wouldn't guess from the name, but this place all manner of dishes co training noodles. You have to read the menu carefully, though, because some dishes have fake noodles made from zucchini.

Food is decent for the price. Serving sizes are on the large side, though. I ordered a regular and found it to be about twice as much as I can eat. I should have asked for the small.

I like the multi-flavored soda fountain. It was nice to have so many variations of each drink to choose from.

The interior is weird, like they ran out of money most of the way into the buildout of the store. There is a partial drop ceiling just hanging above part of the dining area. They're just slats of wood hanging there, like they couldn't afford to finish installing all of the slats and put some ceiling tiles on them. The exposed HVAC system and upper roof supports look really low budget. There were also several electrical outlets about 12 feet off the ground, at a height where no normal human could utilize them....

Constant inconsistency in the quality of the food, some days it’s okay however most of the time it is not even close to worth the money. Pricing keeps going up, while the amount of food you receive becomes less and less. Service is always subpar at best. Seems like the staff don’t read requests on the order most of the time. (Ie. light _ or no _) Staff packaging the food are never wearing gloves, constantly touching their face and “other areas” you wouldn’t want anywhere near your food. Store is constantly very messy, food all over the floor as well as the back hallway smelling atrocious (I’d imagine they don’t clean the restrooms frequently enough) Very disappointed, as many others have pointed out this location used to do a good job and had pride it what they served you then things started going...
