I'm usually pretty forgiving of small mistakes with my orders, but today's experience was pretty bad. I went through at about 11:30 AM. The lobby was closed due to short-staffing, so I had to go through drive-thru to place my order. The drive-thru kiosk was difficult to use to customize my order to my liking as a first-time user. I could not remove toppings from my sandwich I'd accidentally added, I could not order any selection of Fanta drinks from the kiosk (despite being available when I went into lobby yesterday), and I could not request my drink with no ice.
I had a coupon for a free drink with the purchase of a footlong sandwich, which was declined at the window because the coupon "isn't valid for this location". I'm not terribly pleased about spending extra when not even a month prior, I'd redeemed an identical coupon I'd received from the same collection in the mail. I'd asked for the coupon back several times after it was declined, but it had been thrown away by the cashier.
I returned home to eat and found that my sandwich had been made with the wrong bread, the tomatoes I'd ordered were missing, and the meat was cold. The worst part about this is that they opted not to include a receipt in the bag, so I don't have the receipts to follow up with corporate about my experience.
This location has had better days, but this was not one of them. I'm hoping to receive a reply from upper management/corporate in the...
Read moreEvery single time I go to this subway location something is wrong with my sandwich. The last time my bread was completely falling apart and they were gonna give it to me that way!! I had to say something to get it fixed and then this time. They tried giving me almost the size of a kids meal sandwich when I asked for a 6 inch. When I spoke up about it she grabbed a pre cut kids sandwich to try and show me it was more than that. Mind you I go to subway damn near everyday and get a 6 inch from all kinds of locations and only this one I’ve had this many issues with. She was rude and refused to cut me a new 6 inch so I ended up having to buy a footlong. After seeing the footlong you could easily tell that other sandwich was in fact not half of a footlong. They always half ass the sandwiches even though there wasn’t anyone behind me. I am not gonna be paying $10 for a 6 inch that isn’t even the right size and is made poorly. Last time I ever go to elk river subway on Zane st I wouldn’t recommend it and if you do make sure you know how to speak up for urself because they don’t care enough to just make...
Read moreI was just in tonight (11/21/22) and I had 4 free 6" coupons. I asked if I could combine them instead of making a bunch of transactions. The first kid said it shouldn't be a problem. So then I get up to pay and all of a sudden I can't use them because I got 3 footlongs, which another kid (Carson) got an attitude and said "it doesn't work that way". Um excuse me? I was not being rude, I had simply stated that the other kid said I could use them and then THAT kid says only for 6". How hard is it to just ring up 6, 6" subs? I don't know who or how they were taught but they need to go back to math class and realize that just because I bought 3 footlongs doesn't mean I can't use my 6" coupons! This is ridiculous! If I wanted to be really rude I would have either walked out without paying and left the sandwiches, or I could have ripped the sandwiches in half and then they would've all been 6"! But, instead I spent $41 at your rude store!...
