Who knew you had to go this far north to get south of the border?! Holy guacamole, if you’re in Elkhart Lake (or anywhere near the Kettle Morraine basin) this place is a must-do. The menu is concise, yet varied. The birria is out of this world. We were only in Elkhart Lake for the weekend, but we went here twice and wish we had gone thrice. We had the crispy chicken tacos and the special which was carne asada topped with poblano pepper, corn, and the most amazing goat cheese sauce. All the food was absolutely delicious.
