I went to this biggby all the time. Most days of the week, and I have had a great experience (good food good service) up until recently. The past 2 times I’ve gone they have put spoiled sweet foam on my drinks, completely chunky and solid (very easy to see it had gone bad). I normally never leave reviews but this is where I draw the line. If I’m paying $6 for a drink I most definitely should get fresh quality that I am paying more than enough money for. I also feel the need to address the lines in the morning, don’t even bother trying to get served here between the hours of 6:30-9am if you have somewhere to be/need a coffee before work. I waited 40 minutes at the drive thru. I watched no less than 15 cars leave. I know these are rough times for businesses right now, I have empathy for it. but there is no reason preparing these simple items should take that long or potentially get me sick from...

Drinks are always hit and miss on how they are made and today went to get two iced coffee and a frozen brown sugar...gave us 2 watered down coffees that looked like pee said, "I know they don't look the same but I watched her make them and they are right , I promise"....I told him there was NO way. Tasted it and literally just watery coffee! Told him they were not right he said if he remakes th they will be the same ...then handed us a honey frozen drink...told him it was supposed to be brown sugar frozen latte...(that was clearly repeated at the speaker)... he took it back and said he just refunded us. How is it they get paid so much at these places...ask for tips...and still can't make drinks correctly or consistently...and on top argue with you when you literally go to biggby practically everyday at a BETTER...
Read moreI stopped last Sunday in the drive-thru. Two simple drinks (one of which was made wrong...didn't get an apology) took an ungodly amount of time. Thought it was just an off day for them, so I tried again today. Fourth car in line, two simple drinks ordered again, and I finally had to just pull away after THIRTY MINUTES of waiting. And I still hadn't even made it to the window! There's one of two things going on here: either the staff hasn't received adequate training or there is a staffing issue. Either way, those things fall solely on the owner's shoulders. They either need to take the time to train their staff members correctly or they need to ensure that they are staffed appropriate for busy days/times.
