Subway — Restaurant in Indiana

Order delivery. Didn't get chips and drink bread wasn't toasted. When I called the restaurant gave him my order number. My last name. The boy on the other end of the phone told me he didn't know how to punch that in the computer and that he was going to hang up the phone. I said you're not hanging up the phone. I want the rest of my order. He said I'm hanging up the phone now. I said sir I want the rest of my order. He said I'm hanging up the phone. I said look in your computer. I'm not hanging up the phone. You're not hanging up the phone. I want the rest of my food. He must have said he was hanging up the phone 15 to 20 times. Every time my voice got louder. I was getting really angry. He said he couldn't take my word for it. He didn't know how to put it in the computer. In the time I was talking to him, my husband drove down. There had all the pictures of the receipt on his phone. He never looked at my husband's phone. He never needed to look at the receipt. He took his word for it. Gave him the chips and the drinks and my husband brought it back to the house. That is sexual discrimination. He would not take my word or the receipt number or the order number or my last name to find the order told me you couldn't take my word for it but the minute a man walks in the store with no receipt. No order number. Nothing he hands him. Was missing. I've already called corporate. I am really mad now. Sexual discrimination in 2025 should never be...

I warn you all now that if you order something on the app (which is in advance and every single thing is in writing what you want) there will be a serious error possible on your order. I'm utterly confused at how this is possible. The receipt tells you what you ordered, yet here I am with a BLT (bacon lettuce tomato) without BACON! With pepperoni? Really? Second time in a row, same sandwich - many months apart from the last error without ordering from there for months.

The first issue ever was one sandwich ordered via app to drive it all the way to my wife to find out it's not even what I ordered whatsoever.

I think that girl work in evening shift 13th March 2019 around 7:30pm,she has a bad bad I can even say worst customer service I ever seen in my entire life..I never posted any reviews but she made me to write this review,I always go that place because it's close to my home.She said you can leave and The boy were by himself so I said can you help him because I need 4 sandwich she replied I have other stuff need be done oh wow;I think she had problem with color because I am Asian cz she treats other customer well but she need to fire if this place wants more business or I can say want to make more money.... .oh and I have to wait...
