On the weekends this DQ has teenagers running the store. So I have learned that there is a large error rate in the order. For example I ordered two Chili Cheese Dogs and they screw up this simple order by making chili dogs without the cheese, either the "cash registor order taker"screws it up, or the chief does. Why, because they forget to repeat back to the customer what they ordered. In other words, they are more focused on finishing this task of finishing their involvement in the sale, than they are in making sure the customer gets what they asked for. But this could be eliminated by providing a copy of the order at the time of payment, and asking the customer to please look at the order, instead of providing a copy of the sale when the order is delivered to the customer, after the error in the order has been made. Though the chief could still screw the order up, at least the error rate can be cut in half. My husband stopped at this location on February 1 2019.. He ordered a sandwich and a chicken strip basket. When he arrived home and took his sandwich out it looked like it went through a grinder the sandwich was totally destroyed, and this was the second sandwich, because they screwed up the first one. The chicken strips had a funny taste, and the toast was burnt. Neither meal was fit to eat and definitely not worth the $17.00 he paid for it. He tried calling the store and no one would answer.. So that is why I decided to write this review.. Would have taken them back but we live several miles away.. Unfortunately have heard other stories about this location, so it has made the decision for us that we will not be back.. Ridiculous to pay that amount of money for the trash can to have dinner... The manager and crew of this store went above and beyond the other day when my truck broke down in their parking lot, one of the girls came outside and stayed connected to my battery while I try to get my truck to start for at least 30 minutes and when we realized it wasn't going to start she went back in and got her manager and crew and they came out and pushed my half ton truck into a parking spot for me, and let me keep it there overnight and assured me that it would be safe, as it was when I showed up the next day. I wish I knew all their names so I could thank them individually but they definitely went out of their way for me... And I'm very thankful for all of them! Thank...
