Which Wich Superior Sandwiches (Elkhart, IN) — Restaurant in Elkhart

update: Nov. 22 2023 Had to re rate Which Wich in Elkhart, IN. I placed an order online for pick up. When we went to pick our order up, no one greeted us until we stood at the counter and 1 of the 3 employees hoped off the counter in the back and came up and asked how can I help you, it was as though we were disturbing them. Then we gave her our name and someone else came from the back with our order, handed it to us and walked away, he didn't even say "here ya go, have a nice day, thanks for ordering from which wich" Not a word from any of the 3 employees until we were opening the door to leave and then one of them said thank you. All 3 were more interested in leaning on the counter in the back talking. All 3 were between what looked like 12 years old and maybe 18. No sense of urgency, pride of job or anything. We got home and unwrapped the sandwiches and they looked as though they were put together and wrapped up by a 2 year old. We will most likely not be returning to this store again.

I used to work in a WhichWich years ago, and it used to have very streamline system to order. You walk in, use the convenient menu and red marker to select your sandwich and options. Not anymore😑 Now the automated system they use doesn’t even have the option to add things to your “specialty” sandwich. I asked one of the employees and they told me I would need to type out all of my additional items in the comments section. Which needlessly to say typing out “please add hot pepper mix, black olives, and yellow mustard”, with your finger on a screen is ridiculous. This was my first time there and I have heard many people rave about their food. I had one of their cookies the day before at a gold outing and I really enjoyed it.

So I stopped in and the owner was sweeping floors and bussing tables and that impressed me because he was friendly and happily doing those jobs. Then the workers were also friendly and happy so I was even more impressed.

When I got my fresh fries and tried one literally the first reaction and the word I uttered was "Wow!" and I am not kidding you it was really that good! My sandwhich was so good and so today I am bringing my wife here. It is...
